We were in London for just one evening to see Monty Python at the 02 (the bus to which arrives right outside and takes you to the front door of the 02) and choosing this hotel really added to our brief trip. The reception was spacious and clean. We felt welcomed by the friendly staff and all the information we... More

We stayed here for 1 night in June, going to a concert at the O2. The hotel is quite a way from the tube station, worth getting the bus, which stops right outside. We paid £80 for the night, which included a cooked to order breakfast in the morning. The pub meals were freshly cooked, and good value. The staff were... More

The hotel was picked for its proximity to the O2 and was only for one night. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful in the main, Although we had booked for breakfast we left before the scheduled time of 0800 hours. The time for breakfast was given at check in and we... Can't comment on the hotel but the bar areas are a drug infested mess. Rude bar staff and the locals are always fighting. And DON'T private hire. No contract and you won't get your deposit back. Horrible experience for my birthday!

It was a hot night and there was no aircon they brought a tiny desk fan, so not too good . Window was on the high street so very noisy. Shower drain blocked and filled tray. Bed had two earwigs in it. Spoons were dirty. So not a good experience all round. Will not return .

Stayed here as we were going to the 02. Not as close to amenities as I would have liked but a nice stroll into lovely Greenwich about 10 minutes away. Easy from central Greenwich via DLR and tube into central London though. The young girl that checked us in was great-probably the best check-in I've ever received. Room we had... More
