There are some things in this hostel which are a rip-off, for example, you have to pay three euros to store your luggage in a locker EACH day and you have to pay a TEN euro deposit for using a hairdryer. Like Ryanair, they're all about the money. I think this hostel would be better if they didn't have ten... More

It is typically a hostel. i stayed in a 10 bedded dormentary. The place is in good location and good connectivity,,, Bricklayers arms, new kent road bus stop is just in front of the hostel and the Elephant and castle tube station is 5 minute walk. Breakfast is ok and wifi is available in reception and TV room. Bathrooms were... More

absolutely awful. Good location is what sold us. But we came back the second night and there were random people in our beds. The man checking us in made a mistake and overbooked our room so in the middle of the night we had to move all our stuff to another. Not only did they refuse to accept fault but... More

Our first time staying in a hostel. Didn't expect much. Booked 3 beds in a 4 bed dorm. On arrival the receptionist told us that they were over booked and moved us to a 10 bed dorm. I was terrified as this was our first hostel stay. When I asked to amend the price the receptionist said he can't but... More

I stayed there for two nights at the end of my trip to the UK. Upon arrival the place looks busy and vibrant. The problems started after check in. We had booked a private room with an en suite bathroom as my boyfriend and I would be busy all day and needed a place to have a good nights sleep.... More

Well this was my first time staying in a London hostel, because we booked last minute 5 of us stayed in a room with 15 random people. The beds were narrow and there was a severe lack of plug sockets. We were woken up several times by drunk people coming into our room. I got sexually assaulted in this dorm... More

I found this hostel at Elephant and Castle, a blue collar neighborhood very close to the center of town and within easy transportation to double decker buses and the underground. The choices of dormitories were great, anywhere from private to up to twenty per room. I chose a six bunk room. The rooms was very clean and the showers had... More

This hotel, while not the largest room, was CLEAN, shower was hot, wifi worked. My son & I stayed here for 5 nights. The price was right. We had more money to spend on other things in London. Not a bad walk from the Tube.

The hostel is well located, a couple of tube stations away from Westminster. There is also the bus option on the stop right in front of the hostel. Shower is very small. There is no power socket near the beds. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to buying tickets to attractions.

We stayed with 2 friends 3 nights, and was a good deal. Buses close and subway too (10min walk). Breakfast was nice. Room was okay, and facilities too, It is a good place to stay, you even have a night bus for your crazy nights in London (Camden!!). Good place, I will do it again
