We chose it mainly for the location as public transport is near and Tate Modern as well as Southwark restaurant areas are within a short walking distance. We only feared that on the weekends the area might be dead with many restaurants closed but there are still enough cafés, restaurants and bars open as well as a M&S. This is... More

Compared to the prices of most London Hotels, this was generally value for money with a good standard of service and standard of room. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and efficient air-conditioning. Minor things would have improved the room such s a box of tissues and more tea/coffee ingredients. The hotel is near to Blackfriars Tube Station... More

Good position, convenient but quiet. Staff welcoming though the desks look a little like games show desks. Beds very comfortable though unusually high and as there's only one chair, with two in the room someone would need to sit on it. Despite the website saying that lone females would not be allocated a room on the ground floor at the... More

Good stay, spacious and comfortable room. No noisy room. Well-connected hotel, near the metro and train. Good for families. The waiters were very willing to help us and give us advice. Breakfast varied and good.

Fabulous premier inn, extremely friendly staff. Good location and clean rooms. Matthew in particular is a credit to the premier inn. You always no what to expect with a premier inn, clean rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff and that is exactly what you get here. Fantastic breakfast as well !

Really really nice hotel. Staff always smiling, friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast and evening meal with a very good deal on kids menu. Everywhere very clean. We stayed in a family room at ground level. The room was OK. A small fridge could be nice, as could more hooks and shelves in the bathroom. Strange that the towel rack... More

We chose this hotel because it had good access to central London and was reasonably priced. You know what you are getting with a Premier Inn and it didn't disappoint. I would use it again if we wanted good access to Covent Garden and London Zoo, which is where we were visiting.

A good restful sleep in a very comfortable bed on the lower ground floor quiet family room. Locationis fine for central London. Staff very welcomingand well trained. I like the fact you know you can expect a good standard in a Premier Inn.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in a large, well maintained room. It was clean and quiet. Checkout at noon made for an excellent, relaxed morning, very useful after a late night out in London. Will be choosing premier inn over other hotels in a similar price range from now on.

Booked this hotel for my mother to attend an event in London. The online booking and check in service was very efficient and although, on arrival at 12 noon we were told that there were no rooms available until 2pm, the staff looked after luggage and were very helpful. The room was well appointed and highly functional and on arrival... More
