My job requires me to move around a lot and for a good portion of 2014 I was given a project in London. After staying for some time in London hotels my girlfriend found this B&B. I have to say its significantly cheaper than London hotels and the room quality is significantly higher. It was so much better than my... More

Echoing other reviews. Wonderful host. Well equipped rooms. Great location. Near queen's park, which is a nice place for a walk, or run, or to just relax. Area has a variety of restaurants. Repeat customers tell you a great deal. Next time I am in London, I certainly will stay here

A wonderful little B & B in Queens Park. In walking distance to some great bars and cafes. Handy also for the tube into central London. Room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Liz was very friendly and also her dog Jessie was gorgeous. Only stayed one night but would certainly go back next time we are visiting.

The Roost is everything the previous reviewers have written. Liz is a wonderful and knowledgable hostess. The b&b is on a quiet road, a ten minute walk to local restaurants and the tube to Central London. All in all a little gem!

This is the third visit I have made to London in the last 9 months and stayed each time at The Roost. The owner Liz always has made me fell at home and accommodated my needs. The house is light and airy and filed with antiques which makes it more like home then a B&B. I am going to be... More

We two couples from Australia stayed 3 nights with Liz. She made us very comfortable and looked after us like an old friend. She is very charming and sociable and we really enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory each morning having a chat. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished and her dog Jazzy is utterly adorable and loves to play.... More

We spent three nights at The Roost while on a recent trip to the UK. It was the most comfortable and friendly place that we have ever stayed. The accommodations were wonderful, the neighborhood friendly, and Liz was a magnificent host. Queen's Park is just a short hop to London sightseeing via bus of tube. We will return for another... I stayed here in June with my sister and brother-in-law. I had the Parrot Room and they had The Loft, both of which were ensuite and beautifully appointed. Lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds and all mod cons. The breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden was very tasty with plenty of choice. Liz is the perfect hostess, very friendly and... More

We stayed at The Roost as it was convenient to our son who lived nearby. Accommodation is first class and Liz was a wonderful host. The breakfasts in the sun drenched conservatory were a highlight. As our stay was for over two weeks we decided to stay in The Loft which is a much larger room than the others. Location is... More
