I've stayed at 72 QT several times now - if I'm travelling to London it's the first place I try for accommodation. It is excellent - characterful, friendly, relaxed, immaculately clean and amazing value. Location wise it's very well placed, near the shops and restaurants of Bayswater, close to two tube stops and yards from Hyde Park. A delightful place... More

Very clean room & comfortable bed - just what I wanted after a busy day in London. Close to the underground and the centre of the city (Kensington Garden is just a few meters away). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Myself, my sister and her 2 children,10&13, stayed here for one night midweek during half term. Upon arrival it looks like you are entering someone's house. Once inside the reception is in an office type room but the welcome was warm and friendly. The lady checked us in and showed us to our room. It was a family room which... More

For a £150 budget for 5 people in a room with breakfast, this place certainly delivered. I didn't expect much but they have a really spacious room and en suite bathroom. I went there for one night with my husband, 20 month old son and a friend and we're surprised how good our stay was. Not that we expect worse... More

In a nice location (next to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens, the 72QT, AKA Latvian Guest House (better for Taxi drivers), is clean and pleasant as well as quiet, although it has an amazing door leading you to a local Pub. The lady in charge is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and satisfying. If you need a nice place... More

We stayed here as a family as I was competing in the London Marathon. We had a family room with 1 double and 2 singles. The room was spacious, as was the large bathroom. There was also a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies - more than we could use for 1... More

I was traveling alone and just needed a basic but safe place to stay. I had found a few alternatives on the internet but after careful comparison I realized that all the other places were either a bit too expensive, too far from the centre or just plain dubious. This seemed to be the only place that was safe, central... More

I enjoyed staying at 72QT which was around the corner from my training venue and thought it was great value for central London. It has a friendly B&B feel to it (I was shown to my room and the lady cooking breakfasts remembered my order). They explained the cleaning and wifi arrangements clearly. I plan to stay there again.

1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2015

I stayed here Friday 24th April - Monday 27th April for a total of 3 nights. I was in London to run the London Marathon, and thought that the location of the property was ideal for where I needed to go as regards to the Excel Centre and somewhere that wasn't too far from the finish line (Buckingham Palace). So... More

I stayed there for 3 nights during Easter Holiday. It was nice! Good location with just 5 mins walk from queen ways station! And I felt really comfortable during my stay! Shared bathroom was clean!~ Breakfast got choices and it was tasty! The only thing reminded me was a bit difficult in getting my luggage up to 3rd floor~ but... More
