This is for the economy conscious and flexible traveller. a variety of room styles exist with many requiring a shared bathroom facilities with 1/2 other guests. This may put some off but it shouldn't. After all what do you expect for such a good price. But there is more with excellent location for transport into central London and a cooked... More

Very good location( there are 2 tube station 5 mins by walk and many bus stops), great breakfast (We didn't expected that we could enjoy such a lovely english breakfast) and kind stuffs. They provided an extra bed for us and it was very nice to us. We love to stay there again. Thank you so much.

We stayed for two nights for a break with our 6 year old daughter. We had a 5 person room en suite. Everything was immaculately clean and comfy beds. Excellent selection of teas and coffees and plenty of towels and shampoo, soaps etc that can sometimes be lacking in cheaper hotels. The only improvement I'd make was that the curtains... More

After seeing good reviews for this guest house on tripadvisor we decided to try the 72qt out on a 2night trip to London with our 5 & 4 year old. We arrived quite late and was greeted by a friendly face and shown to our room. We had our own bathroom and both bedroom and bathroom were clean and had... More

Room size is OK and location is excellent for the price you pay. During the night, if your room is in the street side, there is too much noise, the windows don't close very well, so it's almost impossible to sleep.

Three of us stayed here for 3 nights. We booked a triple room with a private bath for approximately £110 per night. For the price, private bath, and amenities, there is nothing to complain about this guesthouse. I believe there are only a couple of private baths, so we got lucky. For hairdryers, we needed to ask the reception for... More

breakfast in the courtyard is a must. well positioned, quiet, friendly. My 5 year old daughter and i explored the city with this little hyde park haven as our base. I love older buildings and this was cleaner than many 5* i have stayed in!

I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom in one of the upper floors on the 22nd July. The hotel is in a great location right by Queensway station on the Central line. Also Portobello Road with shops, bars and restaurants just up the road. Room & shared bathroom were very clean. The room was quite warm so I... More

We stayed here during the hottest few days in July. There's no air conditioning or fans available for the rooms and the window is small but fortunately we were on the ground floor/basement so it didn't get too unbearable. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The shared bathroom and shower was also clean. My only real gripe is... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your comments regarding our Guest house.- especially about a good breakfast, staff and location. We were sorry to hear, that you had not so pleasant experience with room too warm.
