It's a decent b&b. Don't expect any luxury. It just has a bed, small room and a small sink. But, it's clean, the staff is great, great price, and very well located. I recommend the place. It was the best deal when I was looking to stay somewhere at that date in London. The only thing I recommend them doing... More

First, know that the 72QT guesthouse is run by the London Latvian society. It's "not just for Latvians" but if you stay there you'll get a bit of a Latvian experience -- for example, you might hear the choral society practicing upstairs. Personally I find this charming; 72QT is not just another commercial tourist hotel. The receptionists, the breakfast room... More

Very lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice full breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fast wifi in the room and convenient location. We stayed there with my husband and had a good experience overall. 72QT is located close to the underground Queensway ad Bayswatter station and to Kensington gardens.

I've stayed at 72 QT several times now - if I'm travelling to London it's the first place I try for accommodation. It is excellent - characterful, friendly, relaxed, immaculately clean and amazing value. Location wise it's very well placed, near the shops and restaurants of Bayswater, close to two tube stops and yards from Hyde Park. A delightful place... More

Very clean room & comfortable bed - just what I wanted after a busy day in London. Close to the underground and the centre of the city (Kensington Garden is just a few meters away). The staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Myself, my sister and her 2 children,10&13, stayed here for one night midweek during half term. Upon arrival it looks like you are entering someone's house. Once inside the reception is in an office type room but the welcome was warm and friendly. The lady checked us in and showed us to our room. It was a family room which... More

For a £150 budget for 5 people in a room with breakfast, this place certainly delivered. I didn't expect much but they have a really spacious room and en suite bathroom. I went there for one night with my husband, 20 month old son and a friend and we're surprised how good our stay was. Not that we expect worse... More

In a nice location (next to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens, the 72QT, AKA Latvian Guest House (better for Taxi drivers), is clean and pleasant as well as quiet, although it has an amazing door leading you to a local Pub. The lady in charge is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and satisfying. If you need a nice place... More

We stayed here as a family as I was competing in the London Marathon. We had a family room with 1 double and 2 singles. The room was spacious, as was the large bathroom. There was also a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There were plenty of tea and coffee supplies - more than we could use for 1... More

I was traveling alone and just needed a basic but safe place to stay. I had found a few alternatives on the internet but after careful comparison I realized that all the other places were either a bit too expensive, too far from the centre or just plain dubious. This seemed to be the only place that was safe, central... More
