I wouldn't leave my dog in a room that small for a weekend never mind 2 grown ups. The walls are horrendously thin & can hear the neighbours cough. The bathroom is on par with that of an aeroplane toilet. I should have known better for a budget hotel, but after being told it was okay & clean I thought... More

I stayed at this easyHotel location for two nights at the end of March. The room (on the ground floor with NO window) was clean and decent-sized. The bathroom was also very clean when I arrived, and I was provided with two sets of towels even though I was travelling on my own. The only minus was the lack of... More

The room was clean but that was the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. When my boyfriend and I first checked into the hotel we were given the wrong room key twice. Luckily we were only staying one night since we had only come to London to visit the British museum but one night was enough... More

First of all I'll say that for the price of the hotel and it's location it's not bad. The problem is the rooms are so noisy, you can here people in rooms away let alone ALL the details of what's happening next door!! The other problem was the heating was broken in the room and considering our window was shut... More

The web site describes very well what you get. I have stayed here twice because of the price. Good location (short walk to tube station, the City, St Paul's, and 10 mins to the West End) friendly staff, clean (but small) room.......and a Starbucks nearby!

Water from shower instant and hot. Clean toilet and sink and bed. Nice location. Stayed here twice now (room 216) no bad experiences. For the price, not bad at all. (Took me a while to realise how to turn the air-con off. You can't from in the room, but you can close the vent by turning the "valve" shut a... More

Good points: price, location, friendly desk staff, ease of check-in, ease of booking, new hotel, smart, not tatty, clean linins and towels (however see below bad point) Bad points: claustrophobic, bathroom smelt damp when showering, my husband and I both had small bites all over our legs when we awoke the next morning, poor phone reception, very thin walls - we... really wanted to love easyHotel. Having recently moved out of London my husband and I wanted a night on the town with our friends without having to get the last train home. Good things:- The receptionist couldn't have been nicer, the room was spotless and not offensively orange. There were big bath sheets, a comfy bed and all in amazing... More
