No reply to 2 emails, 1 call in three answered. No smile or warm welcome on arrival. I stayed in room 101. Window glass broken. Two plug sockets to 6 beds. Bunks are 3 beds high, ladders are unsafe, nearly impossible to get down in the middle of the night for a pee. You can't sit up in your bunk.... More

The hostel was good value, very cheap for dorm beds in London. It was not greatly maintained, the wall brackets of all the shower heads were all broken and the bathrooms were quite dirty. The bunk beds were three high which made the room a bit cramped. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good,... More

The hostel was amazing, the staff (Vladek) was amazing, we hoped for a good time in London but thanks to this hostel and its people we had a blast and are coming back! Everything was clean and nice, beds were comfortable, no complaints and we felt safe

I was in the hostel around 3 weeks ago, stayed 5 days and had a wonderful experience! I've met a lot of interesting people from all parts of the world. Everyone was so friendly! The owner was really cool and the young man Vlad, who works there, was just amazing. He was so kind and offered his assistance at any... More

I am so coming back here next time I'm in London! Hostel is located a few bus stops from the Shepherd's Bush metro station and the buses drive all night and day. It is very easy to find, no trouble at all. The bar downstairs has cool beers, I really miss Kozel. Our room was on the first floor, next... More

I know some people complain, but this hostel is cheap and therefore not a hotel! Since I am not that picky, I was great for me - sure, it could be cleaner, but this is a hostel and there are many people staying there. All in all, YOU GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH :D I stayed for 4 nights, had some... More

I would love to leave a nice review for this place because the people were so nice, but I can't. My friends and I stayed here about 3 weeks ago, and it wasn't so bad. The toilets were downstairs from our room, the sleeping areas were hot as balls and we didn't know a warm shower the whole time we... More

The hostel just have a fridge and microwaves but no real kitchen ( and REALLY small). It is a pitty because the staff is really nice and it is a cosy and lovely place. They need to build up a real kitchen and improve their wifi. You has to connect to internet again every 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. It could be cheaper... More

I'm covered in itching bed bug bites since having moved into this hostel. I paid for a week but only stayed 4 nights. I'm allergic to bed bugs, and they can also be disease carriers. There are so many you can see them crawling up and down the beds. Everything else is bad too, but that's already covered in the... More

Atlhough the pub downstairs is very nice, the rooms are ugly and dirty! But the worst thing about this hostel are toilets - it was simply disgusting. The location is quite good but all in all I don't recommend this place!
