We went down to stay in Ealing at 1 days notice as our daughter had a baby 2 weeks early. We had stayed at Xanadu before and, though more expensive than others we found the convenience ideal and the rooms, though small are very comfortable and the staff are lovely .Because of the urgency I phoned reception directly to reserve... Very decent service, welcoming staff and a great location. Quite affordable, I've never paid more than £150 /night, often less. Rooms are decent size (I've tried 3 so far, they seem standard). Quite silent. The only slight caution is the (very) expensive restaurant on the ground floor.

Nice area with parks, restaurants, shopping, and train station nearby. Stylish decor in common areas and lift (elevator) with a view. Comfortable bed, with coffee and tea making facility in room. The negatives were, noise from the pub at the back at night, lack of mini bar, which I thought it would be essential for a 4 star hotel. Also,... More

This hotel is 5-10 minutes walk away from the tube, which will take you to the city centre in about 15 min. The area is not remote or boring - you still are in a vibrant, multicultural city with lots of bars and restaurants as well as shopping areas around. We actually loved our neighbourhood a lot and had dinner... More

With an upgrade to better quality mattresses this hotel would be excellent! We were greeted with an offering of green tea ice cream and iPad check in. The room was very clean, small but well laid out allowing for a fair amount of floor space. The staff was always friendly, and accommodating even with our midnight request to change rooms... More

We stayed here in November having booked through Hotels.com for the NFL match at Wembley Stadium. The hotel was situated in a busy part of Ealing with restaurants and cafes surrounding it. We used a local cafe in the shopping centre rather than use the hotel for breakfast. The shopping centre was also where the cheapest car park was located.... More

For a relatively new 4* Hotel in London this is quite a let down. Room is nice, that's about it. On arrival they don't have a reception, they have some bloke in a wooly jumper sitting at a table! I learnt from the last time I stayed here that this was their modern reception. No greeting, no acknowledgement, no "good... More

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel last week and everything was fabulous. First on check-in a lovely Brazilian guy who works at front desk was very helpful and smiley, even offered coconut ice cream to welcome us! We stayed in a great and quiet room, extremely clean and bed was very comfortable, tv with great variety of channels.... More

We had a family event nearby, and this hotel was great value, the room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the bar was very popular! There are plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops nearby, parking was a little tricky, but we found spaces nearby. Would definately... More
