The rooms were great but it was very hot in the night. The fan did not help much and it was not possible to open the window more to get the good night air in. The service was good at the reception and the hotel team were friently. The food was terrible in the reastaurant. It did not correspond with... More

I don't usually choose Travel lodge but it was pre booked by work. Wow, nice new clean rooms, bit small and no air con, but really nice. Quiet, even though it's close to airport. Biggest disappointment was the 45 minute check in mainly because the receptionist was not able to understand our group booking. We must have explained the names/... More

The hotel was simple to find , and a warm welcome was given when we arrived . After travelling for 3 hours we all needed a toilet break and although we were not checking in for some time later we were given access to use facilities . The staff were very helpful giving us information about DLR/ tube tickets and... More

There is no air conditioning in this hotel which normally isn't a problem in UK hotels but for various reasons this hotel traps a lot of heat inside it on a mild/warm day making it unbearable to stay in the rooms even with the fans they provide you with. If you want to be able to sleep at night and... More

Booked this to meet up with friends in London Bridge, we know the area well. It's a new hotel and can't fault the facilities the bed was big, fresh white bedding and the bathroom was more than adequate. Easy to get into London city. We went on the hottest day of the year and there was already a fan in... More

The staff were very friendly and great especially Anna who was there when we arrived and made sure that are arrival was smooth. the room was quiet spacious and very comfy bed perfect for a family of four. thank... I stayed at this hotel on probably the hottest day of the year so far. The top floor was unbelievably hot, with no air conditioning, or ability to open a window more than a few cm due to safety straps. A fan was in the room, but it simply stirred hot air around. I had a broken kettle which was... More

This was our first stay at a Travelodge. Our family room was unbearably hot even with 3 fans. There was 1 chair and the only storage was a very small area to hang clothes on. No drawers at all. Air conditioning must be installed. Breakfast was very bland.

It would be OK for 1 or 2 nights - maybe. The room is really tiny - absolutely nowhere to open a suitcase. I had to step back into the corridor just to turn around! The bathroom is preformed plastic (like an RV) and had a putrid sewer smell (which slowly lessened over the 2 weeks we were there). Yes,... More

I stayed here with my cousin who was over from Los Angeles to show him around London. Annoyingly, the price I got, which was decent, was through a third party website rather than through the Travelodge website itself, so that's something to note for future bookings. The hotel is slightly remote for the main city centre amenities, but is well... More
