Awfull place. Booked a triple/familie room. Got a damp cellar with no light and ventilation and no rooms. Not clean. Child got sick. Left after a night. Staff not interested at all in guests. Overprized, overrated and they know it. Touristtrap. Don not boom here.

I stayed here whilst in London on business, great location for Euston and where I was working, reasonably priced for London, my room was clean but unfortunately it was located on the ground floor next to the kitchen and breakfast room so was very noisy in the morning, the air conditioning didn't work and the room was very very warm,... it was clean and booking was quick and efficient . Breakfast was ok and a bit like a fast food outlet but reasonable. However don't regard it as good value as it was £195 for a double room. Double bed small although a single bed in addition which enables a good nights sleep for us both.

You buy two old houses and you get 4 star hotel with small rooms, really steep stairs and breakfast room far too small for all guests. What you will get for breakfast you can smell long before you will get to breakfast room since kitchen was never meant to be here. On arrival our room was dirty (sticky floor in... More

We stayed in this hotel for my birthday weekend with friends. The location is good and the rooms were nice but the service could have been much better. The receptionist watched us struggle with our luggage instead of offering help. My friend went to check in and finally agreed to paying on departure like every other hotel. On check out,... More

Hotel is in good location, just few min walk from British Museum, and if I add a well working wifi and comfy bed - that's all I can say that it's good about it. Unfortunately there are more negatives rhan positives. For sure it's not a place for people with claustrophobia. My room was the tiniest hotel room I've ever... More

We requested a room move due to the first one being extremely dirty, lots of hair in the bed, dead flies in the light fittings and badly stained walls and furniture and even the ceiling had a dead fly quashed on it! The second room was just as dirty but the bed appeared clean with a new mattress. The manager,... More

Stayed at this hotel on 7th September following a late booking on late rooms, room rate including breakfast was £65.00 for a single. I have read the reviews prior to my visit but given that I was visiting for a meeting the following day, for this rate I thought would give it a try. Given that the location of this... More

Great location. Booked when we couldn't get the hotel we wanted. A little pricey for what you get. Small and quirky but reasonably comfortable. We had room 5LG (lower ground cellar room which looked cave-like!) and booked the small single room for our 21-yr old daughter. Hers was basically a storage cupboard turned into a bedroom. Don't book if you're... More
