After reading the reviews I was 50/50 about how the hotel would be. However I was bitterly disappointed and at the end of our holiday it was not a nice ending. Firstly the person on reception was the least helpful and welcoming Ive ever had experience of, alittle bit like he was doing a favour letting us stay. When I... More

The only advantages of this hotel were its location and its cleanliness. This hotel is by no means worth it's price! This is certainly not what I would have expected from a (said to be) 4 star hotel (I'd rank it with a maximum of 2!), charging some 80 GBP/night (maybe 30 would be reasonable). The room which I have... More

Based on personal experience..Very poor hotel for what you pay , it should not be ranked 4 stars should be ranked less than 2 stars or no stars especially single rooms. Very small rooms and narrow corridors to go to rooms..If one books single room gets not even quarter of a room, the room of train is better. Not clean... More

A bit pricy considering what type of room you get, but I suppose it is because of the location. It is walking distance to the main underground lines and some of London's main attractions. Breakfast included in the price is standard English breakfast so don't expect something too fancy. A continental breakfast is available on request.

Ok, the rooms are really small and tiny and, at least in mine, even moving inside was really a problem. But where you can find a really large room in the center of London at a fair price? The bathroom ensuite was ok. The location is excellent. It is next to the Tube station of Goodge Street, not far from... More

Stayed here for 1 night on the 7th of July in a triple room and was pretty happy with the overall standard, but wouldn't want to stay for more than a couple of nights. Yes, there are bad points to the hotel, but let's start with the positive things: The beds and carpets were very clean and the tea and... More

Do not book a compact single if you are over 5ft 2 and womans size 14. The bed was very comfortable and all the fittings in the bathroom were of an excellent standard but of necessity - compact - hand wash basin is that - about the third of a size to normal. Room/housekeeping was very good and the standard... More

SHOCKING !!! booked a room £75 for 1 night, I thought not too bad, it said that it was a cabin room so I expected something small but NOT A 6ft long room by 5ft wide box !!! The en-suit was the size of a double wardrobe. It's a good job that I'm not claustrophobic as I would be having... More

I tried this hotel because the price for two nights was attractive. I regretted it as soon as I arrived. The single room was just thirty inches wide, apart from the area where the single bed was, under the window. There was nowhere to put anything apart from a narrow shelf above three wall hangers. It was very warm and... More

I needed a cheap place to stay for a night in London, and although the reviews were less than favourable, I found the experience to be fine and pleasant. I had a tiny room (cabin size), which was fine by me since I am small myself, with my own bathroom. The bathroom, although tiny, had modern facilities, and was in... More
