The hotel is pretty basic, and the room I had was very small at the top of the stairs and noisy on the street side. BUT! It was exactly what I needed. I was by myself for the weekend so basic was good. Walking distance to central London, tube close by, good wifi, very clean modern own bathroom, great breakfast,... More

The location was what I was looking for for work but the room was the size of a postage stamp. Woke up several times due to the traffic outside and the heat in the room due to lack of air con and this was November - hate to think what it would be like in summer!

I stayed in the bloomsbury palace hotel for 2 nights at the end of October / start of November 2014. It was £100 a night for a single bed and breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room, while really small, was neat and clean and tidy. The breakfast was fine, buffet for cereal and fruit and a full english... More

Awfull place. Booked a triple/familie room. Got a damp cellar with no light and ventilation and no rooms. Not clean. Child got sick. Left after a night. Staff not interested at all in guests. Overprized, overrated and they know it. Touristtrap. Don not boom here.

I stayed here whilst in London on business, great location for Euston and where I was working, reasonably priced for London, my room was clean but unfortunately it was located on the ground floor next to the kitchen and breakfast room so was very noisy in the morning, the air conditioning didn't work and the room was very very warm,... it was clean and booking was quick and efficient . Breakfast was ok and a bit like a fast food outlet but reasonable. However don't regard it as good value as it was £195 for a double room. Double bed small although a single bed in addition which enables a good nights sleep for us both.

You buy two old houses and you get 4 star hotel with small rooms, really steep stairs and breakfast room far too small for all guests. What you will get for breakfast you can smell long before you will get to breakfast room since kitchen was never meant to be here. On arrival our room was dirty (sticky floor in... More

We stayed in this hotel for my birthday weekend with friends. The location is good and the rooms were nice but the service could have been much better. The receptionist watched us struggle with our luggage instead of offering help. My friend went to check in and finally agreed to paying on departure like every other hotel. On check out,... More

Hotel is in good location, just few min walk from British Museum, and if I add a well working wifi and comfy bed - that's all I can say that it's good about it. Unfortunately there are more negatives rhan positives. For sure it's not a place for people with claustrophobia. My room was the tiniest hotel room I've ever... More
