We were going to an event at the Apollo so this hotel was very convenient for us, about a ten minute walk away. The room we had was small with a 3/4 double bed and a small single bed not much floor space, no wardrobe, hangers were supplied on a luggage rack on the wall. Small well appointed and decorated... The 2 person beds were on the small side (maybe 140 cm wide) and not of the best quality. The breakfast is really simple, it would have been nice to have some other choice then toast as bread. The location is good as it's close to Shepherd's bush

Been in this hotel for a night. As most of the hotel, the room was small. Staff was very nice. The breakfast is close to be non existing. Cheap. A good address for a short stay. Very clean and tidy. A bit noisy as the isolation is far to be the best.

Rooms small and basic but clean and tidy. Bathroom modern but compact. We were on the basement level, our room was at the back and quiet, others travelling with us said road was a little loud at the front of building. Breakfast fine basic eggs, beans, toast, cereals etc. Guests did have to wait to be seated. We only needed... More

We arrived at the hotel to unwelcoming staff who made us feel like an inconvenience. We booked a twin room which turned out to be very small - two beds squeezed in. No floor space, lots of climbing and clambering around. Very basic facilities which was expected, although we were disappointed that the wi-if was not working as that was... More

Stayed here for one night as it was fairly close to the Hammersmith Apollo. Would not want to stay more then 1 night. Very basic but serves a purpose for a nights stay. Fairly clean. Breakfast on the other hand is terrible. Toast, eggs, beans, cereal, some fruit and yoghurt. The owners are either vegetarian or have a religion where... More

I stayed overnight at this hotel with a group of friends and it was a great stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, very warm & cozy atmosphere and the location is really helpful. We visited the Hammersmith Apollo & local shops/mall plus the nearest tube station and it only took on average 15-30 minutes to walk to depending on where we... More

Stayed one night, rang hotel to let them know we would be arriving in the early hours and was told by friendly man on phone not to worry, room will be held, just ring the bell when you arrive. Hotel is a fair walk from the nearest tube stations - about 15/20mins maybe. The hotel is basically a row of... More

Stayed a night, unfortunately in room on 3rd floor which was difficult but slept 5 in very tight room. Hotel staff were helpful and breakfast satisfying with the breakfast lady assisting us but also allowing us to manage our needs ourselves which was innovative. Sleep was generally good with traffic noise starting around 630.
