The hotel has "4" stars which in my opinion is incorrect! By European standards (UK) not included, I woul have said 2 star 3 maximum!! Positives: Location, oh a great fish & chips nearby and the Victorian pub on the corner is a must! The food was superb👍 It's to the left when you exit. Negatives: Small rooms, small uncomfortable... I stayed in the Hyde Park Hotel Radnor over the New Year. It is five minutes walk from Paddington Tube Station. From here you have easy access to Piccadilly. The hotel is basic. Breakfast is served in the basement. The lift is very slow. One could be waiting several minutes for it to arrive. The room I was in was... More

Stayed here when stopping in London for an interview. Lovely hotel and nice staff. Not too sure I'd describe it as 4* or luxury however. Room was a bit dusty and the road out the front was quite noisy. But the staff on the front desk were very accommodating and helpful.

Stayed here with my partner for winter wonderland, the location was great a few minutes walk to Hyde Park and a further 10 to the wonderland entrance, we arrived a hour or so early and were greeted by a friendly chap on reception who let us in our room early, the room was nice, clean had a lovely bathroom and... The location of the hotel is amazing: 10 min from the Hyde Park (you can run or walk there, or ride a bike), 15 min from the Paddington station, 7-10 min. from the bus stop anf from the metro station. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good, but you need to ask the staff for it (maybe... More

We had a very good three-night stay here. It's a cheap hotel -- by London's extremely expensive standards -- but had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, especially if you are arriving by the Heathrow Express or any other train stopping at Paddington. Four Tube lines are easily accessible to you, as are Hyde Park and Oxford Street. And... More

Stayed the weekend here recently. Checking in was very quick, (excellent as you can book in at 1.30pm), the receptionist was very helpful with advising us on getting a Black Cab rather than a private taxi. We had been quoted a very high price. She offered if we couldn't get a Black Cab to phone the hotel and they would... More

ON arriving all of my family agreed that the receptionist (Family owned hotel) was rather arrogant. Onchecking in we "Upgraded" to a Family room and were really surpriesd to find out just how small and cramped it was with even the bathroom being no bigger than a cupboard. It all was fairly clean. Breakfast was nothing more than a transport type... More

We booked a twin room for a night out in London. The reception was friendly...a family feel with the proprietors family/child playing in the reception area. Didn't bother me at all as I'm a mompreneur too... not sure how aserious business person would feel though. The room was ok. Having watched Four in a Bed, they would have been given... More
