Was looking online for accommodation which was described as being handy for the Roundhouse in Camden, as I'm not familiar with the area, & this hotel was recommended! It's a 50 minute walk! The room was very clean, if a little basic. The bed was comfortable & the water pressure in the shower excellent! Didn't get to check out the... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the New Inn. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My husband contacted them before we visited to see if they would be able to provide a vegetarian breakfast (which they did and it was lovely, but it was so big I couldn't eat it all!). The room was clean and comfortable with... More

Visiting London with friends in 'summer'. Had a lovely time and then came across this pub. As soon as we saw the dogs we wanted to leave but thought we'd ask if we could sit and eat where dogs weren't allowed. Young staff member told us no as they are dog friendly (!) I like dogs but not around me... More

A rather silly review considering there are signs everywhere about the dogs, dog bowls, a huge dog bed and the reviewer even had a dog welcome. A dog friendly pub if you read all the other reviews. Makes sense being on the corner of 2 dog friendly parks. Thanks for the score though! More

I have stayed here on a number of occasions in most of thier rooms and I have not yet been dissappointed. Each room is individually decorated and is very comfortable. The showers are good. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food downstairs is excellent. Only complaint: I would prefer curtains to blinds!

The New Inn touts itself as a gastro-pub presumably so it can justify its high prices. However, if you are going to call yourself a gastro-pub and charge high prices, your customers are going to expect something fairly special. This means good ingredients, hot, freshly prepared food, and a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the New Inn does not deliver on... More

I am only reviewing this place as a pub / restaurant. we didn't stay here overnight, but I would be happy to! What a pub! I knew from the moment I read the notice on the door that says "This is a dog friendly pub. If you do not like dogs, perhaps this is not the pub for you." I... More

Ordered cesar salad. Very good bit pricey £12 but solid portion. Cheese board for dessert was incredible. Fantastic cheese and satisfying portion (is more than enough for two people). Decor is beautiful and other clientele very nice. Tucked away from St John's Wood and regents park a real find. Highly recommended and will return.

Great place with warm & friendly atmosphere. Close to St Johns Wood , Abbey Rd , Harrow Rd as well as Regent Park Zoo. Smallish but pleasant modern rooms. We had dinner in the pub which had live music and roast on Sunday. Owner Nick made you feel welcome almost immediately. Lovely breakfast.

Arrived from Brighton a little bit weary. However the moment me and my lovely mum passed the threshold Nick was the perfect host. A relaxed and easy check in. Followed by a gigantic gin & tonic. Nick then showed us to our room No.1, which was splendid. We particularly loved the bed and bed linen. Especially the towels. Just like... More
