Over priced for the room. Food was terrible and expensive.. Not clean anywhere. Dogs were sweet but not what they did. We were very disappointed and couldn't wait to leave. We would have left but were asked for payment the minute we got through the door.It could be so much more.

A very disappointing review! We have never been commented on for being dirty and standards are always high. This customer seems to have a problem with paying £85 a night in London! It's not York !! More

Visited here on the back of a TravelZoo voucher, expecting the same old, same old. What a great surprise, welcoming owner as soon as we walked in, great beers on tap (approval from my father is testimony to this) and the food was all freshly cooked and enormous portions, remember this is using a voucher too! Our favourite part...pub dogs,... More

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfy with everything we needed and more. We had dinner and breakfast there, both of which were great. It's in a really good location, quiet but easy to get to the centre. The dogs were sweet too and caused no problems, in fact we prefer dogs in pubs, they tend... More

Food is great, very comfortable and inviting. Sitting on the soft leather couches with a pint of Guinness and two sweet puppies was exactly what I wanted after long flight from the states. This place felt like I'd been there millions of times before from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this pub for anyone in search of... More

Great service and food but this was unfortunately spoiled by pestering dogs running under our table and very noisy football crowd and TV's. Real shame as the staff were excellent but not as descibed on the Internet.

Once again sorry it wasn't what you hoped for but as we repeatedly say Here on tripadvisor, we aim to be a dog friendly pub offering good food, relaxed accommodation, friendly staff, puppy dogs and so on. There are few places in this city where you have the freedom to bring your dog. Hopefully this is crystal clear now! More

Food and dogs, no thanks you, the owner has missed a great chance here in NW8 we need a good pub. I now travel from St Johns Wood to Fulham and Richmomd to have a drink and a meal. I an sure Lily savavge would love the dogs!

I stayed at this hotel recently. The rooms are clean and functional and good value for the price charged. Not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. Only criticism was that the wifi signal was weak and kept dropping out and the single beds in the twin room I was in are pretty narrow. What was not so nice was my experience in... More

Avoid at all costs!! Unfortunately I stayed here in 2013 and was treated extremely poorly. I decided to give the New Inn another go because I work locally and thought this may have been a one off. I tried to book a room and was told by Nick the owner that no rooms were available, fair enough, not a problem.... More

It's sad when you get bad reviews when someone hasn't even stayed especially when the slow response to your emails is the reason why they lost the room in the first place. Most people understand that bedrooms are sold like plane tickets on a first come first served basis. This is what actually happened. Sorry for you bad experiences but... More

My brother-in-law booked this restaurant for a joint birthday for Aimee and Edward (18 and 21 respectively) whilst we were in London for the weekend. He got to know this place from a TV programme he'd watched and then social media. He knew from this that they had an in-house puppy. The meal was very nice and the atmosphere and... More

We really liked this place. We were going to Wembley arena twice in 3 days so decided to stay here as it was mid way between Wembley and the city centre. We were certainly not disappointed. Lovely pub situated 5/6 minutes walk from St Johns Wood underground which was 20 mins each way from where we wanted to go. The... More
