My wife and I spent 4 nights at Old Church Street and truly enjoyed our stay. Our room on the first floor was clean, roomy and very nice. The location is a 7 minute walk from the South Kennsington tube station and plenty of eating establishments are a couple blocks way. Highly recommend if wanting to stay in the Chelsea... More

We were more than pleasantly surprised at the location and amenities at 90 Old Church. Nina was very welcoming, staying in touch prior to our visit, and meeting us at 10 PM when we arrived. Our room was on the top floor, very quiet, spacious and with a modern, gorgeous bath. After spending time in Rome, we welcomed the large,... More

The most perfect B&B you can imagine! Nice decor, lovely breakfast, wonderful neighbourhood, very quiet and safe, yet very close to what London has to offer. A much nicer stay than in impersonal hotels.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at 90 Old Church Street. Nina is an excellent host and our room was lovely. The street is pretty and a very quiet part of Chelsea and very convenient for buses, tube, restaurants etc. We hope to stay again.

We obviously haven't tried every BB in London, but when you find the best...why look any further? This quiet, sophisticated BB in Chelsea offers everything you need or want in an accommodation experience. We had a beautiful room on the second floor overlooking Old Church Street with so many closets it was easy to stay organized during our six night... More

THE place to stay if you love Chelsea and London... as I do! Nina is the most perfect host. The house is lovely and quiet, and the bathroom is something you can dream to have in your own house! Just a few steps from Cheyne Walk (and all the blue plaques on the lovely walk) and the South Kensington tube... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No. 90 Old Church Street. The location was wonderful. Although it is about a half-mile walk from the South Kensington tube station, there are nearby bus options as well. Just a few blocks away on King's Road there are many wonderful cafes, which is where we went for breakfast each morning.... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
