Overall room turned out to be good. Pleased we weren't paying (quasi-business trip) since was expensive for a weekday stay. Good value for weekends though. Room was average but nice. Try to get a good room with a view of the Wharf. Don't settle for a room without a view and next to the DLR track if you can avoid... More

Stayed for 2 nights from 22 Dec 2011 checking out Xmas eve. Purpose to see Rhianna at O2 on last night of tour. The hotel easy to find, got northern line from kings cross and DLR stopped at Canary wharf and India Quay just 5 mins walk away. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful, no trouble to give you... Me and my partner stayed here back in November 2011 for our anniversary. When booking the room online, I made them aware I am staying for my anniversary. We arrived late and were checked in swiftly... Room spacious and comfortable. I did ask for a room with a view... and what I got was the view of the West India... More

Stayed here for one night on January 12 in an executive room facing the water. Although the room was not as big as I thought, it was a very good size for London. What I appreciated most was the quietness of the hotel, no banging doors to be heard, absolutely quiet at night, generally a very pleasant atmosphere. Could check... More

I stayed for a week in this hotel on business. Hotel is conveniently located to the Canary Warf area. That said the hotel rooms seemed dated. Not only were the furnishings somewhat dated, it was surprising that there is not Wi-Fi throughout the hotel-I needed to request a wireless router in the room. This is definitely below standard in a... More

I have stayed at this hotel around 5 times for business. It is coveniently located in Canary Wharf. Rooms are very comfortable - beds extremely comfortable with luxurious bed linen and plenty of pillows. Good selection of channels on tv. Bathrooms are pretty average - not very spacious. Staff on the front desk extremelely friendly and efficient. Express check out... More

We have stayed at the Marriott a few times now. The first time I booked it by chance - I used a website where you name the amount you want to pay and then cross your fingers after giving your credit card number. This accommodation lucky dip was indeed very lucky as the Marriott West India Quay is nice. At... More

Ever since we moved to London back in 2003 staying at the Marriott West India Quay has been on our list of things to do and thanks to the sister in law looking after the kids and our 10th Wedding Anniversary we finally got the chance to satisfy our curiosity. I must say that for a hotel that is relatively... More

This was our fourth weekend at this hotel in two years. We live and work in London but twice a year become tourists. The hotel is very well served by public transport and on this occasion every member of staff was perfect. Checking in was great and the problem with our first room sorted out very quickly and an alternative... More

We stay here so we are close to family at important times of the year. Very clean and tidy area with great selection of restaurants around the hotel. Shopping mall in 10 minutes walking. Busy area during the working week due to the large office buildings around, however, national holidays and weekends make it all yours. Hotel fish restaurant is... More
