This was our 4th stay at a Marriott and we were very impressed. The lady who checked us in was in training, although we wern`t aware of this at the time, so it was very slow and she did forget a few things, no paper delivered in the morning, forgot to put us down for breakfast, didn`t give us the... If you want a 5* hotel, then it's not here. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad hotel and the bed was very nice. Room overlooks the main roads around canary wharf and the rooms are a little dated. Could have stayed at the Four Seasons for an extra £50.

We travel quite a bit, and my husband is a Marriott Gold member due to frequent business travel and we agreed that this hotel has the nicest, most friendly and most professional staff of ant hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff makes guests feel welcomed and at home and help in any way possible to make your stay... More

I went there for business purpose. First, I am accustomed to stay in a Marriott (Silver Elite Member) when I am traveling abroad. So, I know the Marriott standards and this one is quite a bit below compared to other ones especially to the Marriott hotels located in South Kensington or Grosvenor Square. The lady at the reception desk was... More

This is in a really good spot if you don't want to be right in the hustle & bustle of Westminster. It is easily accessible by tube. There are lots of places very close to eat and drink. And there is also a Tesco's Express and Post Office really close. The rooms have plenty of space and the staff is... More

Stayed for two nights in an Executive Suite. Excellent accommodations, suite was large, and had absolutely everything you could need, including an umbrella!! Air Con/heating unit was one of the best Ive used, and worked really, really quickly to either cool or warm the room!! Great bathroom with a separate (large) shower cubicle and separate bath with another shower over.... More

I stayed here for 1 night on 19th July 2014 with me teenage daughter. The room was a good size with a nice sized TV. The tea and coffee supply was basic and consisted of 2 tea bags, 4 sugar sachets and several cheap coffee sachets. I asked if there were any hot chocolate sachets for my daughter but there... More

We had a 2 night stay here and the experience we'd have to say was OK. The lobby is very pretty, and the staff was very friendly and helpful but we had some issues that is probably unique to someone with disabilities. My partner is in a wheelchair and we needed an accessible room which we booked in advance. The... More

Stayed here overnight whilst working in Canary Wharf. Great location for accessing the tube and the office plus there are some great bars nearby. The room was large and very clean - my room was by the DLR station but I got used to the noise quite quickly. The bed was comfy though not as great as other Marriott hotels... More

Really enjoyed 2 night stay in this hotel. Bedroom was lovely, bed really comfortable (as always) and I had a great view across the dock. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't have meals, but there are lots of good, reasonably priced restaurants close by. Transport links are very good and the river provides a welcome break... More
