Stayed at this hotel for Paul McCartney concert at O2. Good sized rooms. Kingsize bed with such comfy bed linen. Prefer the higher rooms here as DLR goes past very close to the hotel. Convenient for using Thames Clipper to North Greenwich for O2. Bought River roamer for day sightseeing along the Thames. Good value and more fun than using... More

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are spacious with modern decor. They are well equipped with toiletries, ironing facilities and hairdryer. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have air con. We had the added benefit of using then executive lounge and having complimentary breakfast. All was at an excellent standard. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting the... More

The stay at Marriott was pleasant enough, close to the office that I was visiting in Canary Wharf, but because it's not that close to the Canary Wharf tube station, you either have to take the Docklands light rail to connect or walk for a bit. The rooms are large but feel a bit clinical, and even though I had... More

Stayed here as part of a group booking and made use of the Club Lounge which was a nice bolt hole in a busy hotel. The room was good but not great, i have no real complaints but it felt a bit like a Travel Lodge with better sheets and curtains. The G & T bar was nice, if a... More

Arrived at this hotel on a Saturday morning for one night only. I had booked over the telephone with the Marriott as I requested a disabled room as my brother in law who has motor neuron disease and also adjoining rooms. The rooms were held on my debit card and It was agreed I would pay cash £308 on arrival.... More

Of course this hotel is really nice, large rooms for a London hotel, quite modern and new, courteous staff, it just lacks a little bit of charme to be honest. Good location for city airport, not the other airports though unless this is what you are looking for and you have enough time. Canary Wharf is a place of its... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night. Quick check in, good room and excellent location. Bar prices high but plenty of good bars nearby. Just over 5 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube. Would happily stay again

My husband & I just returned from a 2 night break at the Marriott West India Quay. We arrived in the afternoon and booked parking in advance at the Vinci car park across the street from the Marriott. Check in was quick and straight forward even though the hotel was very busy. We had booked an executive room on the... More

We stayed for one night and the price included breakfast. The room was comfortable with a huge bed and air conditioning. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Although a little way out from central London there are still plenty of bars etc., in the area.

Let's start with a needed-comment: if you are looking for a "charming experience in a Victorian building so typical of Notting Hill"....don't pick this hotel! So, you avoid useless comments (and feelings) about the proximity to the City Center and the cold architecture. The Hotel is a standard Marriott. If you have travelled a minimum, you know that this chain,... More
