Last-minute decision to book a hotel for work commitments in Canary Wharf, and the Marriott fitted the bill. Great price, perfect location, highly efficient & very friendly staff. Room was spotless, and ticked all the boxes. Highly recommended.

Just booked in for one night as were visiting friends in area . Point to remember if arriving by DLR ,train doesn't stop at West India Quay ,if coming from central London ,you have to go on to Canary Wharf and change and come back . But it's no biggy . Hotel itself is what you would expect for a... More

Holly from Guest Relations made my hotel stay impeccable. She couldn't do enough. I mentioned that i was here for a birthday and she made sure she did all she could to make it a romantic night. Allowing me to check in early to help set up the room, help with cake, balloons. And she threw in extra amenities. The... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in early December while Christmas shopping in central London. The room we stayed in was really well decorated and had the luxury feel you would expect from a hotel like this. The bed was really comfortable meaning my wife and I slept well each night. We dined in the restaurant on one evening and the... More

One of the best hotels for customer service, room quality, location....I couldn't fault anything. The staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is well situated for access to Canary Wharf underground, and the 02 is just one stop away. I would definitely stay here again.

Very efficient and friendly check-in/out. Plenty of explanations and warmly welcoming. Got upgraded to a junior suite with a plate of tasty macarons! Large bathroom and great bed (just too many pillows to deal with). Excellent wifi. Breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of food items with good coffee!

Stayed for one night on the third floor; room 376. Twin Room which in itself was fine but on a level with the DLR station alongside the hotel! The noise from the trains was not as bad as feared, but still noticeable. The bathroom has a slight step up to it which is a potential trip hazard. Petty thing, but... More

Visited for one night in January. Upon arriving, we were immediately offered a cup of hot chocolate as it was a freezing cold day. The hotel is beautiful inside. Rooms were really big, the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in too!! The gin bar downstairs was good- not too much seating available and got busy well into the night.... More

I have a high opinion for Marriott chain especially after my Dubai visit (Marriott Marquis) so I decided to stay with my best friend in Marriott London West India Q for our 18 years anniversary. Surprisingly, the upgrade to an executive room only meant that you stay between the 4th and 12th floor (8th in my case) and the floor... More
