A wonderful hotel located in central London surrounded by all the big offices like Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan , Citi Bank, Thomas Reuters etc. Canary wharf underground station is 5 minutes walk and West India Quay and Poplar DLR stations are very near. View from the room was spectacular where all the one could see DLR , scintillating offices. Bed... More

I was warmly welcomed from the start, from reaching this location to the very end leaving this hotel. Parking was not an issue at all, and the staff were friendly. Throughout the hotel from the lobby to the rooms this hotel is well presented, clean and spacious. It is really good to come here with family and breakfast that was... More

I was very impressed by this hotel and would stay here again, but finding the entrance was a bit of an ordeal. I got off the DLR at West India Quay, having caught the tube on the from Paddington Station (after getting off the Heathrow Express) to Baker Street on the Bakerloo line and changed to the Jubilee line (no... It pains me almost to write this, as it is such a good hotel i wouldn't want it to get any busier! My wife and I stay here it quite often and although it may not be as luxurious as some of the more well known hotels in london, the level of service makes it superior. The staff are so... More

Thoroughly enjoyed this one. From entering the lobby until the moment we left the staff made us feel welcome and did much to contribute towards a great stay. We flew into City Airport and the hotel is easily reached by the DLR train line from outside the airport (one change) to the West India Quay station. No more than 20... More

Stayed for a week on business. Asked for a quiet room which I got as I was told to avoid the rooms facing the rail tracks that are extremely noisy. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Would stay again, only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the in house gym which was not very well equipped.

I stayed at the Marriott hotel West India Quays last weekend with my fiancé. This was not a usual stay, it was infact the weekend where I was going to propose to my other half during our stay at the Marriott. The hotel staff went beyond the call of duty & exceeded on every level of my expectation. Holly who... More

A great welcome is always a good start to a hotel stay and the welcome here was seamless … very polite, very friendly and very efficient. The hotel is very modern in style and very clean. We have stayed at many hotels within the Marriott family and the rooms in this one are not huge but are very comfortable. As... More

My wife and I had a lovely 2 night stay and the hotel and staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only thing I could find fault with is that you have to pay extra for Wi-fi which grated a bit after... More

Alas, I stayed for only one night. I was at Excel for a conference, and the room was booked for me. On arrival, I found I had an apartment room, with sitting room and well-appointed kitchen, in addition to the usual facilities. It was probably the best hotel experience I've had in the UK! My only irritation was that Internet... More
