With the exception of the location, I'd strongly recommend Jury's Inn Chelsea. The rooms and hotel generally were clean and pleasant enough; nothing fancy but just fine. We had a problem with the bathroom fixtures which was immediately resolved by the duty manager. This is a clean, tidy & well presented hotel. We didn't have much contact with the staff but what little we did have was positive. They were polite, helpful & friendly.
