Enjoyed weekend in London and stayed at the Jurys Inn, Chelsea London. Booked a family room. The room and bathroom were fairly spacious and clean, Children slept in camp beds and sofa beds.Did not eat at the hotel so I am unable to comment. Sainsburys is approx 15 min walk away. The location was as decribed i.e. 20-30 mins from... more

Three of us stopped here when we were going to a concert in London. The main appeal was that they offered three beds and the price for a room. It was a little further out than we expected, though easy enough to find. There is not much in the immediate vicinity, but there are bars and restaurants within 15mins walk... more

Have just spent 2 nights over new year and found everything fine. Although in a coach party of 40 everyone seemed to be checked in quickly & without any problems. Room was perfectly adequate with a double & single bed for the 2 of us. Wouldn't like to have spent more than couple of nights here due to lack of... more

When you arrive, the hotel is kind enough to give you a local map because the hotel is located so far on the outskirts of the city it cannot be found on the usual maps of London . This map clearly indicates that the building directly across the street is the "City Mortuary". Thus, the area is not only isolated,... more

Stayed one night while waiting for a connecting flight and was pleasantly surprised. Although not centrally located, this hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from a newer Imperial Warf tube/overground stop. The only problem we found was not with the hotel itself, but trying to squeeze into the overground the next morning. It was only two cars long and... more

Its a very pleasant, clean hotel with friendly staff and decent food. But, its a long way from most of the sights and you cannot get there by the underground so you have to get a cab. It then gets worse because when you have to leave the hotel the hotel reception will only call a minicab company who charge... more

This hotel is on the way down. We have been going for several years and it started off as a great value find. Time passes and standards slip. Dirty towels, disinterested staff, no staff on Reception...no sense of Service more

I stayed at Jury's Inn Chelsea in November 2009, I thought the hotel was good although it was in an area of London that appears more commercial than residential at present. The rooms were basic but clean, I had booked a single, the room had both a double and a single bed. The flat screen TV had a good selection... more

I occasionally have to stay in London on business, this hotel has become a fairly regular haunt for me, I have stayed in quite a few!! The location is not necessarily it's main selling point, however this has now improved apart from getting the normal taxi or bus, there is an overland train very close by which takes you to... more

Nov 3, 2009 | Trip type: Family

We stayed at the Jury's several times with our children and are back again with another family in December. Yes this hotel is fairly basic but what value for money, great location, parking a 2 min walk away, enough space in the family rooms and our children always enjoy the buffet breakfast. On the rare occasion we have encountered a... more
