Good affordable accommodation close the Excel conference centre, ten minutes walk from Pontoon dock DLR station. Clean and tidy, lots of hot water.Breakfast was more then adequate. Arrived here from Manchester, and it was a distance away from Central London. The nearest Tube stations were only 5-10 minutes away (Pontoon Dock, London City Airport stations), but in the April rain, the distance felt much longer. This hotel is clean and well maintained with friendly enough staff. However it is not an easy walk to London City airport if with luggage. The location in a petrol station forecourt, surrounded by high menacing fencing doesn't inspire. Small, simple & clean room, does the job for an early morning flight out of London City (LCY) airport. Airport is a 10 min walk away. Don't expect any fancy soaps etc More
