There is little to complain about a hotel at a good location, with very professional who keep the house in good order and the guests in a good mood. The acoustic insulation between rooms that are separated by doors could be better. The internet in the room is poor at hours when most guest are back from town. Everything else... More

The apartment was spacious and well equipped - for a 2 bedroom apartment there was only 1 bathrobe supplied, which had a massive hole in it - we asked for some more to be sent up and ended up with extra bed sheets, so tried again and then gave up waiting and went to bed ,about an hour later another... Dear Robinsutherland, Thank you very much for your comment and I am glad to hear you overall liked the apartment and Manhattan Grill. I also would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in regards to the bathrobe and we are investigating in order to avoid these sort of issues in the future. I hope you will still be... More

My wife and I brought our two kids to London on a site seeing holiday and to see Kate Bush play at Hammersmith. We stayed for 9 nights in the Marriott Executive Aprtments. I had worked at Canary Wharf in 1991 when it was first being constructed, so I really wanted to visit it again. Canary Wharf is a wonderful... More

Great place to home base while in London. We were a family of four and just had two rollout beds in the living area. A little cramped but better space than prior stays in Earls Court and Gloucester Road. Easy walk to the DLR and Tube. Great food and grocery close by. Straight across the river from Greenwich.

I've stayed in these many times particularly if my stay went beyond 4 days which it often did. Its in the same building as the hotel and you have access to most services. The rooms are spacious and have a sitting area and kitchen which beats having room service every night. The executive apartments have a different lounge from the... More

I stayed for 8 nights and arrived late from DC. From check in to check out service had been smooth. The room is amazingly spacious for a nice London hotel. The nearest underground tube station is only an easy 5mins (jubilee) and there is a DLR station right behind the hotel as well. The area is fun as well especially... More

Having been upgraded from Hotel to Executive Apartments, on a corporate rate, I absolutely loved the extra space of the room. Very good location to reach offices in Canary Wharf and to join the West India Quay evening life.

Stayed for 2 weeks in July in a two bedroom suite which was very spacious for my 2 teenage boys. Very clean, large rooms with 2 showers & 2 bathtubs everyone had their own. The beds are amazing, staff is very helpful and location worked out fine once we got our oyster travel cards for the trains. The down side:... More

Spent 11 days here. Was pleased with all aspects of the room. Housekeeping did a superb job of cleaning our room, and service provided by the concierges was helpful and friendly. Would stay at this Marriott location again.

I stay regularly in Marriott hotels, so I didn't think twice about booking a residence room for a ten-day stay in August 2014 when I had a conference to attend in the area. I have no complaints about the staff who were always friendly and, in this case, apologetic. However, there was no consideration for the Marriott reward status. Even... More
