Spent 11 days here. Was pleased with all aspects of the room. Housekeeping did a superb job of cleaning our room, and service provided by the concierges was helpful and friendly. Would stay at this Marriott location again.

I stay regularly in Marriott hotels, so I didn't think twice about booking a residence room for a ten-day stay in August 2014 when I had a conference to attend in the area. I have no complaints about the staff who were always friendly and, in this case, apologetic. However, there was no consideration for the Marriott reward status. Even... More

I was here for business purpose in July 2012. It was a great stay. Canary wharf is walking distance. There are nice restaurants around the quay. Best part was evening walk around the quay on the bridge with cool breeze. Was lucky to have quay facing room.

I stayed here with my family for 10 days vacation. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We never rented a car as the apartment is close to the underground railway system. We got a London pass for the family and walked everyday to the railway station/underground fast train for our site seeing trips in... More

My daughters and I stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments (MEA) at West India Quay in London from July 13 through July 21. We had booked a one-bedroom serviced apartment. Note that if you are planning to stay seven nights, you might wish to add one more night as the rate is reduced for stays of 8+ nights. We arrived... More

The rooms are huge, the sight is stunning, but service is to be seriously reviewed. When I checked-in, I was asked to provide a credit card guarantee of GBP 50 per night per room This made it to GBP 300 in my case, which is enormous, considering the only extra is the VOD service (no minibar). The bed was very... More

Dear Dennis__Cook, Thank you very much for taking the time to submit a review. I am truly disappointed to read the service provided did not match your expectations. The GBP 50 per day deposit is a standard amount we require for extras such as breakfast and other food & beverage services. I am confident our service had dramatically improved since... More

We stay at this hotel, whenever we have the possibility in London. It offers competitive prices for their apartments and it is located in an amazing spot. To get to the hotel, just take the metro to West India Quay stop. If you will be commuting a lot in London with the tube, i would really recommend getting the Oyster... More
