This was our 3rd visit to The Zetter and along with having enjoyed this hotel and The Zetter Townhouse for breakfast, we have enjoyed a lot. Tube access via Farringdon is convenient (2 stops from Liverpool Street) and there is a great choice of restaurants and good pubs locally. Perhaps it's competition for the evening bar scene that has lead... More

We (two of us) stayed here for a night and would thoroughly recommend it. The hotel is well placed for the Farringdon / Shoreditch area and a great base for a weekend of exploring the numerous markets, restaurants and bars. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - Fabian especially - and the service generally was first class. The bar... More

This hotel is nice enough but the rooms are sooooo small like trip over your suitcase small. Room felt clean and had a powerful nice shower which was good. We did Hotels Tonight after a travel hiccup with our flights to Switzerland. The hotel lobby is completely under construction right now. We can't tell if we like the neighborhood or... More

I went to Zetter hotel with a gift certificate won at my company xmas party and I am so pleased I had this experience. As I work in hospitality for luxury hotels , I am always a bit concerned and scared that the place where I go doesnt look nice&clean but not The Zetter. The girls at reception were really... More

There's one word to describe the Zetter hotel: cool. Small, nice and cozy hotel with a great service at a reasonable price. Despite some restoring works happening in the hotel, my stay was absolutely perfect. I appreciated the hot water bag left in the room for me with a hand written note. It gave a personal touch that makes the... More

Good location, great people, great drinks, great place! Warm welcome, great drinks (incl drinks-room-service) Dressed-up stuffed animals. Really nothing bad could be said about this place, unless you would hate suddenly being in a Wes Andersen movie.

Thank you so very much! Your hospitality was fabulous; caring, thoughtful and friendly. Our stay at the Zetter Hotel in the extra special room was wonderful! The views were fantastic and the bed incredibly comfortable. We loved the breakfast too - delicious sausages!! It was the perfect end to our wedding day and start to married life. We have no... Let me first of all say that this hotel are for those guests that appreciate something a little bit different. We have stayed in the Zetter hotel twice now for birthday weekends away and they never fail to disappoint. There is a warm welcome and the ability to tailor whatever you need during your stay. The rooms are very comfortable... More

Incredible hotel. Such fun. Quirky and unique. The staff are jolly and helpful - nothing is too much. Rooftop studio room didn't disappoint - wonderful view from the balcony. Super-comfortable bed and stylish and un-fussy decor. Had a gourmet breakfast in their funky bar. Highly recommended.

I'm a big fan of the Zetter Townhouse, it's my favourite cocktail bar in London. So I decided to try Le Bun at Le Zetter, the guest brunch spot at the hotel restaurant. We were one of only two tables and were ignored for 30 minutes. We walked out hungry and furious, and none of the staff even noticed. They... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighborhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
