I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in London and I will definitely be returning to it!

Always love staying here, cool modern rooms, great staff, excellent breakfast and for a London hotel I think it's great value. If you can go the extra money ( and I reccomend you do) the roof top rooms are amazing and well worth the extra. Friendly, efficient staff.

Previously stayed at the Westminster park plaza when in London on business but time needed to be in Farringdon so chose the zetter. Arrived late and the welcome was very warm. Receptionist personally showed me to my room which was lovely. Initially I wasn't impressed with the room. It felt small and soulless but then I started to find the... More

I had a fabulous time and and fell in love with The Zetter Townhouse. It is beyond expectations and is a quirky, intimate boutique hotel which feels more like a lighthearted private club. The cocktail bar (with delicious cocktails) and lounge is cosy and curiously eccentric (reflecting the character of a great aunt whose portrait hangs in the lounge) and... More

from the street this hotel doesn't have the wow factor but inside things started to impress. Simple but comfortable design with excellent night time shutters and curtains, we couldn't hear any London hustle and bustle or sirens in the rooms so a great nights sleep. Excellent service and lovely breakfast. The cocktails are great here! If you're looking for somewhere... More

Staff were so accommodating - we would especially like to thank Rita, Radim, Fabian, Marc, Aiga, Juan. The rooms were great, clean, comfortable, quiet. Loved the townhouse bar and stayed up til 1:15am drinking tea on Saturday night. Rock n roll!

I often need to stay in a London hotel for weekend visits and the Zetter Hotel is first choice every time. The team there is fantastic. The ethos amongst the staff is exceptional. Every time I arrive exhausted from travelling and within seconds I am bellowing with laughter at reception. The staff have a great mix of top London hotel... More

A business trip to London in the depths of January required me to be in London for 4 days. Trendy Clerkenwell has been a hot spot for some time for its bars, cafes, restaurants and the Exmouth Markets. I found The Zetter and was very impressed. I arrived after my long haul flights via Singapore having pre-booked the night before.... More

We stayed at The Zetter for 2 nights in a standard room which by London standards was excellent. It is good walking distance to Old Street and with a bus stop right outside everywhere is accessible. The room was quite hot, but that's our fault for not putting on the aircon before bed! The shower was really nice but not... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighborhood Profile
Clerkenwell
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
