Have been using for work for 9 years .Stayed again having been using another recently , pleased I went back. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they come across as enjoying themselves , it just helps when they're like that ! Looking forward to next stay , next week !

I had a very mixed stay here. I had enjoyed staying there, the location was good but they messed up our billing which was extremely disappointing and ruined they stay. After I left the hotel I realised that they had put all of the hotel charges plus an additional €131 for “incidentals” and a random €120 for no reason pending... More

Dear Mashe1, Thank you for your review and for highlighting the error of our ways which occurred during your stay and the frustrations caused in the days following. It is most regretful that your concerns have been overlooked and I am now confident that your accounts should be straight and only the final total balance should have been deducted from... More

Stayed at the Zetter Hotel Dec 30-Jan 2 2015 and it was better than I anticipated. The staff was welcoming and genuinely cared about my comfort. The location allowed for easy exploration of all the local sights and sounds. The adjacent restaurant serves top notch dishes. It was an extra bonus to have delicious cuisine in the same building. I... More

Great hotel, located in the vicinity of metro lines and the st. paul's church. Staff was very welcoming and helpfull. Facilities with the loubet bistro and the zetter townhouse cocktail lounge make this hotel a perfect pick for a visit to London.

We stayed at the Zetter Hotel in September for a concert, so the review is a little late but hopefully will reflect our experience fairly. We travelled on the tube and the hotel is an easy walk from Farringdon station. Check in was friendly and very courteous, staff helped us to our room, we’d booked the rooftop deluxe for a... More

As I'd mentioned it being my husbands birthday, they very kindly upgraded our room for free! 'Deluxe' room was spacious & very modern with nice touches. Loads of free tea, coffee, ice etc available if you don't mind a brief walk to lifts on each floor. Be prepared for an extra £30 initial charge 'in case' you order anything(?!?!) that... More

Stayed here for two nights for a meeting nearby. I was informed early on by the organizers that the rooms would not be ready until the check-in time; however, I was lucky and was able to check in early as there were rooms available. The check-in was made easier by the wonderful, courteous staff. The room itself was clean and... More

A lovely hotel, with great character, friendly staff and lovely rooms. Real thought has been put into what the guest might want, with great food and drinks in the room. A beautiful view of the Shard, and a great location, only one stop from Kings Cross/St Pancras. I left feeling very impressed.

The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. Greeted by such friendly staff who were always there to help. We would definitely recommend paying extra for the cooked breakfast in the morning as it was the best we've had! Overall a great hotel in a great location with great service and a great price! We couldn't have asked for... More

Without question, the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at. Consequently we enjoyed a perfect night's sleep with pillows I can only describe as amazing. The coffee from the machine outside our room was superb. Our room was beautifully appointed with excellent attention to detail. And now to the heart of a truly great hotel - its people. Put simply,... More

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighborhood Profile
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
