The Belgrave is located in a great convenient location, close to the underground and walking distance to Buckingham Place. Easy access to hop on - hop off bus also. Quiet, clean area. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, you can get a glass of wine late in the evening in the lounge. Sign regulations... More

Stayed for a long weekend, the place is a little jewel, its close to Victoria Station and Theatre and close enough to stroll to Buckingham Palace. The staff are helpful and polite and the area is busy with pubs and places to eat. The rooms are good and buffet breakfast more than adequate. I would stay again without hesitation.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Belgrave in Westminster, London during our European holiday tour. The hotel was perfect for us, and is exactly as advertised. The Belgrave is a short 3 minute walk to the tube (Pimlico or Victoria), and also has a bus stop located just in front. You can take the tube (Victoria line) right... More

The Belgrave is in a great location in the Westminster section of London, just a few blocks from the Pimlico station on the Victoria line. The continental breakfast is superb, almost anything you could want from a not quite so complete breakfast. The front desk people are extremely helpful, especially the gentleman from Portugal. The bathrooms look very modern and... More

Great location between Victoria and Pimlico tube stations. Near Tate Britain and easy walk along embankment. Pubs around but not too many restaurants. Urban, chic but typical of London - room small but bathroom/shower fantastic.

Very nice hotel. We wanted somewhere close to Victoria Palace theatre and this was ideal. 5 minute walk away. Also close to Buckingham Palace, Victoria station and the hop on/hop off buses. Rooms suitable for purpose, not the biggest but more than enough for 2 nights stay. Although I found the wood floor to be very slippy. Breakfast was lovely.... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
