Friendly staff. All in all an efficient and good hotel when traveling for business.
The location was 4 star , near (like 2 min walk ) from the subway so that made it convenient , but nothing esle much within say 10 min walking distance.
I was a platinum member so got upgraded to the club floor , but I didnt think the room met the expectation of a club floor room. It was...

I just wanted to make these points during a stay of 2 nights celebrating my girlfriends 40th.
1. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful.
2. The hotel team went that extra distance to help us celebrate.
3. Quality drinks, food and accommodation.
4. Great location for the Thames and the underground.

Lovely staff at reception. Upgraded room and lovely gesture of bottle of champagne ( to celebrate my frequent stayer status ) . Like the location as its an easy walk to city for business or West end for leisure. Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms and amwnities. Club room nice for breakfadt.
We were with a group tour staying at this hotel. The room was very nice on the 6th floor in a quiet corner of the building. The breakfast was excellent with many choices of food and pastries. Waiters were happy to prepare eggs any way requested. Food at the welcome buffet of our group was only fair, but this may...

Thank You for your fantastic feedback.
Location is a big plus for the hotel and being right next to the Blackfriars tube station makes things extremely convenient for both our corporate and leisure guests.
We are also walking distance to London's famous Borough Market and St Paul's Cathedral amongst some of the key destinations around the hotel.

I checked in with a friend for one nights stay, a Saturday night. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. The concierge was a great help in finding me an iphone charger as I had left mine at home. The only problem we had was that the bar in the hotel said open 'late'...

Stayed with my 7 year old son from 11.05. to 13.05.12. Brilliant location across the road from Blackfriars station. 20 min walk or £6 taxi to Covent Garden. Jay, the concierge is a total gem and makes the stay extra special. Breakfast is expensive so we by-passed that in favour of a coffee and croissant in any of the local...

First of all- this hotel has an excellent location. Myself and partner don't mind doing a bit of walking and this hotel was a perfect base. We were able to take to the streets and be in Covent Garden within 15 minutes- this makes the West End perfectly within reach. If walking isn't your thing, then the new Blackfriars tube...
