I stayed at this hotel with a group a work colleagues. Upon arriving we were told we had been upgraded, although the rooms werent ready! When we finally got to our rooms, 20 minutes later the penthouse suite was well appointed. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom was very small, and anyone over 5ft would struggle to stand... More

Stayed for 1 night on business. A quite new hotel, so all very clean. Staff very helpful and willing to assist. Small room but adequate. Wifi comes from TV hotspot so easy to get online. Cost coffee right next to reception, without even going outside. Close to Edgeware Road tube. Recommended.

This hotel enjoys an excellent location, literally steps from Edgware Road tube station (Bakerloo, District and Circle lines). The reception is unassuming and simple. We enjoyed a really friendly greeting and were able to check into our bedroom early as the room was ready. The room itself was excellent (we had a twin). Think Premier Inn, with a higher quality... I stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is nice, close to Paddington and Edgeware rd Tube station and easy to get around London. However the room itself was very small and the walls very thin so one could hear chatter from the other rooms. Gives a bit of hostel feeling. Overall ok hotel, but a rather overpriced.

I struggled to book a hotel in London and ended up having to book the London Kings as my normal (Grange) hotels were either full or over £250 per night - double normal cost. I was full of trepidation on arrival, but was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was and the size of the room. The surrounding... More

Clean and modern rooms but claustrophobicly small room and even smaller bathroom. The small window only looked out onto a closed shaft and when opened did not give any fresh air. Walls are thin and nearby talking (and guitar playing) could be heard above the TV sound. With so many other reasonably priced hotels in London I fail to see... More

I'm constantly astonished by how expensive hotel accommodation is in London, compared to other European capitals. There's a real lack of reasonably-priced places to stay which are safe, comfortable and pleasantly furnished. London Kings is not cheap by European standards but for London it's good value compared to the alternatives and has much to recommend it. The location, in sight... More

I had an opportunity to stay there just for few days but I liked it a lot. There were a lot of bad commonalities with other hotels stiuated in London center, of course. Rooms are not very big, only few of them has real windows, and sound isolation could be better. However, good differences outnumber bad things! Very positive and... More

I stay here for work and it really is one of the better london hotels and really good value for money. The beds are comfy and rooms very clean. Staff are always very welcoming too. My first choice of hotel for work! There's a bit of lack of variety in food around that area unless you are keen on a... More

As you may expect in London: small rooms and overpriced. The rooms are noisy, have only few room to store your belongings. The location is good, near public transport and coffee bars. However the hotel it self has no amenities or services. Good place to get out and discover London.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
