The location and price are great, the public areas are clean and well-decorated, and the check-in staff were brilliant. The rooms are spartan but have everything you need including a fan for when it's hot, and the front rooms look out over a nice park. There's even a laundry room with iron etc. for business travel, a gym, and the... More

Good value accommodation in a great location just across the road from the main museums, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Customer service from the staff was quite poor, slow and they didn't give us much information or explain where our rooms were. Booked 3 rooms and were paced in 3 different buildings which was a bit annoying. Rooms were... More

Stayed one night. This is student accommodation available outside term time; fresh, clean and very convenient to museums, tube station, park. Excellent value for money. Our booking allowed access to gym and pool (although we didn't use it). Wifi is available but was a separate charge. Breakfast is over the road in the student cafeteria. Queue up at serving stations... More

Our stay at Princes Gardens was absolutely brilliant. Really good service from the staff who do seem to care you have a good experience. The rooms are really basic but still have tea making facilities, a fan, a quality shower and were cleaned to a high standard. To be honest, if you are going to London as a tourist, you... More

My first night at Beit Hall was very pleasant, but this soon changed when I was told I was actually in the wrong room. They put me in the ensuite room instead of the standard. So I had to move. The shared showers boots of the standart were very nasty with used soaps, hair and smelling of pee. The shower itself... More

From the very courteous staff to the spotless rooms and ample breakfast were all conductive to a very pleasant few days in the heart of London. The rooms set round a grassy square afforded really comfortable beds and tranquility during the nights.

On arrival, we found we had been given the address to the wrong set of blocks because our room had been changed without our knowing. On arriving at the correct set of blocks they had us down as a twin instead of a double. It took well over an hour to change this, even though I had a receipt. We... More

I and colleagues paid about £70.00 per room as we were attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall which is only a ten minute walk away. Fairly basic accomodation but the room is clean and well looked after, great location and price for central London. Books up quickly and only available during non term time, obviously.

A basic dorm accommodation, but clean and modern. The location is great, walking distance from musems and Hyde Park. Good choices of restaurants near South Kensington underground station. Staff friendly and helpful. Good wi-fi, but not free. The breakfast is in another building and was very busy. I don’t comment on English breakfast as I don’t eat them. But it... More

Stayed for 5 nights July 2014. The rooms are clean and work perfectly as a base to explore the city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. A canteen buffet breakfast (cooked and continental) is served until 10:30 every day in the university union across the road and is included in the price. When I booked... More
