As the title says. It's not the greatest place I stayed, but I can't complain about it as the price we had it for was very good, and for one night we were happy. The room was clean, the breakfast was very nice, a nice bar for a beer and it's a very short walk from Greenwich village.

I often stay at the Clarendon, Blackheath. Friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms. Any little niggles are sorted out immediately. 2 minutes from station to central London but lovely village like atmosphere. Nice walks over Greenwich common to Greenwich.

The hotel is in a great location, set looking over the open space of the heath & within walking distance of the trains, Greenwich Park & Greenwich. The hotel was well appointed and the staff friendly & helpful but our room did look a little tired. The bed was not so great as the gap between the mattresses was so... More

This was one of the best stays I've had... Victorian style architecture with a really nice surrounding area that has that small town feel and plenty of greenery to give you the sense of not being "in the city". The rooms were nice, the staff both helpful and friendly... they have the old school tradition of leaving your key at... More

Nothing special, the room was quite small but had everything you need and it was clean and comfortable. the en-suite was tiny but I guess this is to be expected in London?? Friendly staff and a very good buffet style breakfast.

My daughter took myself and my mum for a belated Mother's Day afternoon tea. We had a lovely time and for the price she paid £12.90 each it was great value for what we had. The food was lovely and the team there looked after us so well. We will be returning again in the near future.

I had afternoon tea here with my mum & nan. 3 choices of sandwiches, 2 different types of scones and 3 variations of cake. All was very nice and very reasonably priced at around £12.50pp. Was well looked after by a lovely lady called Freda. Would definately visit again and would recommend to friends/family.

The hotel itself was lovely staff could not be more friendly and helpful - the room was spotlessly clean bathroom very small but had all you required but the water from both bath and shower was only lukewarm both evening and morning which as the weather was cold was very disappointing and spoilt the room. The window was large and... More

We stayed at the Clarendon for one night only as we had to travel to the local area for a funeral... After a long day, we found check in to be very quick with a friendly receptionist. We'd booked a room for 4 adults (me, my husband and two sons). The room was clean and very comfortable and, despite being... More

We based ourselves here for a short trip to London, primarily to attend a party in the hotel. It's in a lovely location on the edge of Blackheath and a short stroll to Greenwich and the small shopping area of Blackheath. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The hotel has some family suites which were perfect... More
