Not what you would expect from a Ramada 4 star! First of all the journey on the DLR is a nightmare! 1 1/2 from London central! Random trains from Bank! Hotel is right next to London City Airport! Place is deserted! No shops but 1 pub that was a saviour! Rooms were basic! Just because it has free toiletries! Doesn't... More

I picked this hotel for distance from City airport but still needed to get a taxi. Fortunately only 5 minutes away so not too bad. First thing I noticed were the grubby carpets at the entrance. The decor in the room was out dated with the exception of the tv. Damage in the shower makes it look poor. The gym... More

It’s very difficult to find a good hotel in London at a reasonable rate. We all know the Ramada proposition very well, a good straightforward 4 star hotel with comfy rooms, good showers and a hearty buffet breakfast. Maybe not quite the Hilton, but not far off. The difference with this one is the location. It is in London Docklands,... More

got great deal so the room was really cheap (2 nights), generally the hotel was clean, room a reasonable size (little tight with sofabed setup) but useable staff very helpful but communication was uphill at times. some public area scruffy and overall noisey More

This hotel was booked as part of a package to visit the theatre. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Love the restaurant where you can see the planes!. My daughter has coeliac disease and was unable to eat the buffet food provided for our coach party. The chef cooked her two sea bass fillets and then presented her with... More

The hotel was ok, although quite far from the centre. But the most irritating thing was that they ripped me off £40. I booked a triple room with booking.com for the price of £99 per night, but when I arrived there, with two exhausted kids and quite far from the centre, I was told that the room booking was for... Stayed for 2 nights at the Ramada Docklands with my partner and 3 kids - we had the best time, great hotel, lovely staff, top class dinner in the restaurant on our first night. Kids loved watching the planes take off as its near the end of the runway (but NOT noisy) and we had an amazing view of the... More

Stayed here for a conference I attended at the excel exhibition centre. It was only 5 min walk and really convienient - I didn't want to be walking across London after walking around all day the the conference (and am nearly 7 months pregnant!). Room was clean and tidy, large TV, big shower. General look of hotel is smart. Rooms... More
