For the money I paid for the room this was a gem. Lovely and clean. I was given a suite with fridge, safe, iron, hairdryer, microwave, plus proper cream in the hospitality tray! Little touches that made all the difference The place was lovely and quiet and really handy for the O2 which was why I stayed there. The staff... More

Room was a little dated, couldn't open the windows, air conditioning noisy, turned on over night and got louder. Double bed was the worst ever, soft, both rolled into the middle, single bed was rock hard, woke up with a stiff back. On the plus side, the staff were very good, especially the breakfast staff, very friendly and nice food.... More

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Ramada before a show at the Lyceum Theatre. We have stayed at the Premier Inn right next to it for work before so thought that we would try the Ramada this time. I was quite disappointed as they are supposed to be a 4* hotel, I wished we had stayed at the... More

We decided to stay out of town a little this time as the hotel offered free parking and we are pleased we did. We arrived at the hotel and parked straight away, there's plenty of spaces all of which are pretty close to reception. We were met by Barbara a very pleasant receptionist who explained everything we needed to know... More

We had a bargain deal for just 1 night as we were heading to the O2 arena for a show. Initially looked at a hostel as there was just 2 of us frineds and we only wanted somewhere to sleep, but this was only a tiny bit more and was WAY nicer. The room was clean, well decorated and completely... More

Although this hotel is a fair distance away from the centre of London, it is easy to get to in a car, there is plenty of parking (some of it free) and it is easy to get into London on the Docklands Light Railway. At first you think it will be noisy with the railway just a few yards away... More

Had a couple of nights stay here. The location is good, once we'd sorted out the quickest way into central London. We booked a suite & it was lovely to have extra space to spread out. The beds are very firm. View over the Thames was great & no noise from the city airport. Breakfast was just about ok. The... More

This hotel is billed as 4*, but I'd place it as an old, tired, 3* at best. All the furniture was old, scuffed, beat-up. Carpets and chairs stained. Mattress was both saggy and you could feel springs - really terrible. Wifi was so bad it was almost non-existent. Couldn't get on line consistently (even to check an address), and was... More

We stayed in the Hotel for one night on a sunday as I had a meeting in essex the next day but fancied a trip into London. We chose this Hotel because the location meant that we wouldn't have to deal with the busy London traffic on monday morning. It was also cheap for a hotel in London and we... More
