“Excellent value but a little way out of town”

Spotless room. Comfortable beds. Excellent staff. Good value for money but it is a little way from central London, however travel links very good. Set in a pleasant area with a number of good restaurants around.

OK for short term, bar a bit grim, a bit too bright, however not expensive, breakfast not bad only not much choice, same every day for 11 days, working long hours so room done the job as just some place to sleep.

Stayed one night for Barry Manilow concert at o2. Having stayed in a few London budget type hotels prior, this one was exceptional by comparison. I travelled for a business trip with work and stayed at the IBIS for 4 nights. Its in a lovely location right beside the river and easy access for transport and a few local shops such as Tesco. I sayed here the first time on the 14/5/12 and I was impresses of the location of the hotel and the staff are so nice, I was a bit disappointed that there was no bath and no bin in room to put your rubbish in

I stayed here for two nights whilst working at nearby Canary Wharf. Check-in was fast and efficient and staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities I needed. Booked in advance and got a double room for about 50 pounds. Right near excel and 100 metres from dlr with easy access into the city. Not very central but great value for money.
