Good Basic Hotel, no luxury, but no complaints. Slightly noisy room (701) next to lift. Not a water view as we had hoped. These are small things however - the stay was pleasant and functional so no real complaints. More

food - poor. Just had a pizza, peperoni was burnt, pizza base not cooked enough - not a difficult dish to prepare. Also, £10.25... One of th emost expensive meals on the menu, well over priced. I've stayed 3 times now purely because of the price. It hasn't changed. Still not enough electric sockets in the room, overpriced breakfast and car park is too too expensive. More

Needed this location for trip to Docklands and to central London. Ideal for Docklands but took over an hour each day to reach central London. Branded as a budget hotel which it is. Plumbing very noisy hwich is the only complaint. Other essentials for business trips are every bit as good as 4 and 5 star hotels in central London.... More
