Unfortunately, I can only review this hotel based on my experience in one particular room: 216. I suspect other rooms in the hotel were better quality, but I was on a budget and had to go with the cheapest option. Though the room was small, the main issues had to do with comfort. Small doesn't particularly bother me, especially given... More

We stayed 8 nights at this hotel in Pimlico. The location is great -- under 10 minutes walk to Victoria station (train, buses, and tube), lots of local pubs and restaurants, a couple of theatres, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. About 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey. The room was clean, but VERY small - see my photos below.... More

Used this place as one of my local pubs for years. Love how busy it gets with office workers and people waiting for their passports from the agency opposite the food is good well priced and tasty. Staff are really good fast and efficient well worth a visit. The nearest pub at the back of Victoria station. Go try it... More

Room absolutely fine, but for two women staying and unable to lock the door, the knock at 2am saying two blokes needed to come in and check for a leak is unacceptable! Luckily enough we are not scared easily, avoid!!!!

We stay here for a couple of nights, the rooms are Too small. The personel is really rude and they kept overcharging for everything Not recommended at all! Won't stay here again and I strongly recommend no one doing it. We ask the front deskman to call a taxi for us and he literally said "Do it yourself" he was... More

Good location but on a busy road. Tiny room with no air con. The shower was fine but the bed took up most of the floor space. No lift and lots of steep stairs but luckily I didn't have much luggage. There was a lot of noise from the street, adjacent rooms and aircraft which start at about 4.30 am.... More

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and polite. Overall really good value. We are staying again next month for another trip to London. Would Recommend if you need a cheap and cheerful place to stay.

Let me start out by saying don't even bother looking at the pictures or description. It's all a lie and deceiving... -Room was downstairs. No elevator or offered help by the staff. -Room was next to the stairs and the cafeteria. We heard people next door going to the bathroom, people screaming in the cafeteria, and people throwing their suitcases... More

This hotel takes payment in advance although it was a refundable rate! I arrived at 1900pm to be told that I do not have a room but they have booked me a hotel which is only 10mins in a cab away !! No remorse whatsoever so I challenged and a room appeared !! I asked why they did not call... More
