This is a budget priced hotel in the centre of London - it's close to Buckingham Palace, to Westminster and is situated in a the pleasant Pimlico area near Victoria Station. The hotel is clean. The rooms are very basic. I had tea and coffee making facilities but no milk. The TV was set high on the wall and was... More

It was good that we had a downstairs room as I noticed that there was no lift. Your adverstizing on the internet does not mention this and I think it would be useful for clients who have trouble with stairs or like us heavy suitcases. We found that the accommodation was not very soundproof. We could hear people leaving at... More

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've had. I booked a double room, when we arrived we had a room sized about 10' x 10' with two double beds and a single bed. We had to climb over the single bed to get to the wardrobe. We immediately went to Reception to say we thought they'd made... More

Stayed there with 8years old kid for 4 nights. I was searching for cheap good location hotel with good enough reviews (most importantly - clean rooms) and this hotel matched these criteria. Overall I was rather satisfied. Location very convenient - 5 minutes walk to Victoria station (underground, busses, trains). It is one of those hotels with paper thin walls....... More

My Mother and I stayed here for three nights, found the staff really helpful. At breakfast the first morning, my Mother is a diabetic and can't eat white bread, when I asked for brown bread, there was none available but they had it the next morning, really thoughtful of them to remember this. Our bed linen was changed daily and... More

My 15 year old son and I stayed here for two nights. The location was handy and the St. George Pub close by has great fish and chips. We found the staff quite friendly and the rooms clean. The only downfall was the stairs, I counted 60 steps or so to our room. After a long day of walking it... More

This hotel for me was the ultimate "you get what you pay for" situation. Okay, so the towels in the rooms are the thinnest and scratchiest, the room is teeny, and the bed is a little hard and creaky, but for London it was CHEAP!!! The location is absolutely fantastic. It is a 10 minute walk from the Victoria tube... More

I spent just one Night in a single room. Small, as typical in london, but clean and provided with comforts and, moreov, free wifi! Front desk professional, although not really joyfull. I would suggest for travel workers on for who wants to spend few days in London. No lift available.

This is a budget hotel and is within walking distance of Victoria. I found the front office and the cleaning staff to be very helpful. I stayed for 4 nights and decided to arrive earlier than planned. They were very helpful and tried to arrange a room for me at the nearby hotel and finally found a room. The rooms... More
