Stayed here for 5 nights while travelling in London. Small room, but clean hotel and well located near King's Cross tube station. Perfect for budget travellers who just want a place to sleep while discovering London.

stayed here with my three children for 1 night whilst in London. the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and well layed out. It was ideally located near to euston station, and all bus links to get around the city. there was a selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. for my 1st visit to London i... More

Due to a missed flight, we arrived in London at 7 pm on a Saturday night, with nowhere to stay and pretty stressed out with a family of 5 and a limited budget. We lucked into the Princess. When we called, Val was great, agreeing to rent us a room for 4 to save us some money, with a shared... More

Sure it was a tiny room but since you only sleep there it was perfect. Close to the tube and tourist eateries and just enough off the path to allow you to find gem local pubs close by. I actually walked to the British Museum in 15 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

Quite some years ago I spent a lot of time in the King's Cross area, when it was still dodgy and a run-down area. The latest with the advent of the Eurostar station, it has become a rather posh place. This hotel, or hostel, one should say, is still a reminder of this wild, dirty old King's cross. So in... More

This was our family's first visit to London and the Princess was recommended by the "friend of a friend". Overall we were very pleased... and I would like to offer my very humble opinion. * First Impression: We arrived at about 11:00am and met Sam at the front desk. I explained to him that this trip was for our daughter's... More

Confortable accomodation and good service. An interesting place very close to King's Cross station, so you can reach the center of the city in some minuts. The staff was very kind with us. Thank you all staff.

This is a basic basic basic place. If it was a third of the price I would recommend it. The room was very small, there was no common area, no phone, it just felt pretty much like a ripoff. I think there are thousands of options and this should not really be one of them.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay in Princess Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room and facilities were great. The wifi was good in the room and the TV had lots of channels. The ever helpful Sam manned the desk throughout the night, which was great for any queries. The... More

Good place, nice and helpful staff. Only downside is that it's very noisy: the walls are paper thin. No airconditioning in the room, although they gave me a brand new fan in the room when it was very hot outside. The rooms are a bit small, but clean.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
