This was our family's first visit to London and the Princess was recommended by the "friend of a friend". Overall we were very pleased... and I would like to offer my very humble opinion. * First Impression: We arrived at about 11:00am and met Sam at the front desk. I explained to him that this trip was for our daughter's... More

Confortable accomodation and good service. An interesting place very close to King's Cross station, so you can reach the center of the city in some minuts. The staff was very kind with us. Thank you all staff.

This is a basic basic basic place. If it was a third of the price I would recommend it. The room was very small, there was no common area, no phone, it just felt pretty much like a ripoff. I think there are thousands of options and this should not really be one of them.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay in Princess Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the room and facilities were great. The wifi was good in the room and the TV had lots of channels. The ever helpful Sam manned the desk throughout the night, which was great for any queries. The... More

Good place, nice and helpful staff. Only downside is that it's very noisy: the walls are paper thin. No airconditioning in the room, although they gave me a brand new fan in the room when it was very hot outside. The rooms are a bit small, but clean.

If you are looking to stay in the lap of luxury, then don't stay at The Princess. However, if you want flexibility in arrival and departure, nice staff, and central location, The Princess is ideal. Rooms: 4/5 The rooms are basic. They are not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The setting is not too noisy, and I have never had... More

Stayed here with husband and 2 teenage grandchildren. We all shared same room. Toilet and shower were separate. Everywhere was clean. We were on ground floor next to reception and next to footpath. Was worried at first if it was going to be noisy but was pleasantly surprised at how quite it was. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location 5... More

I've spent just under one week at the princess hotel december last year. It's amazingly well placed - less than 5 minutes away from the stations of king's cross and st pancras and it's amazing if you want to spend a couple of days in london without spending too much money. The breakfast isn't too rich - you can choose... More

Very affordable and right near St. Pancras. Helpful staff and clean rooms. The stairs may be an issue for some travelers (tight and numerous) (the stairs, I mean), but this was perfect for an inexpensive night near the train station.

Very central location, walking distance from King's Cross Station. Cosy environment, clean rooms and friendly staff available 24/7. Some rooms would have to share a bathroom, but very good value for money.

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
