I've stayed in this hotel before and gave it 3 out of 4. At the time I said I would have scored it 3.5 if I could. And after arriving this time to a really friendly receptionist I was thinking I'd leave a four star review to even it out. Then I had an absolutely terrible night's sleep due to... More

We stayed midweek to attend a concert. The receptionist was very polite and helpful in advising us how to get to our evening location. Our room was ready earlier than expected, and we were offered a late check out. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very nice, although the hot menu was limited in choice, although we... More

I stayed here with my wife and children and took a double and a triple room. The size of the rooms was good and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the location which was not central but had great transportation options right outside the hotel. This time we did not opt for the in house breakfast but we enjoyed grabbing... More

The hotel is suitably located in London. The bus stops are just outside with good connectivity and frequencies. The hotel room is super clean with very comfortable beds and nice architecture. The swimming pool adds up to the amenities and helps to have a relaxing holiday. The breakfast is elaborate too. Do try it out if you're there. However, the... More

Stayed here on New Year's eve and what a lovely hotel. The room was spotless, bathroom very clean, bed's very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the staff very helpful. Tea making facilities and a very good hairdryer which is a bonus!. The breakfast was £10 if booked before of £15 on the morning. It was well worth it,... More

If it happens that you are in cricklewood area, do not hesitate to take a break in the irish pub of crown hotel. Typical place, people, food beers and wine. Around 10 pm, you will enjoy irish music too.

Did not stay at the hotel but ate in the Thai restaurant Food was absolutely delicious plenty of it and beautifully presented piping hot. Service a little slow but restaurant was very busy. Excellent value for money considering it was New Year's Eve. Dancing till 1.30 with Disco music open to general public which was not a problem. Good food... More
