The main entrance to the hotel from the main road is level 2 and our room was in the basement. We had been visiting sites in London so arrived at the hotel at about 8pm and then went for food. The food at the hotel's PanAsia restaurant was lovely. After our meal we returned to our room and discovered the... More

Didn't realize hotels had rooms in, what I considered a basement. Our room was in the lowest level of the hotel, with no window, next to the pool and exercise room. Needless to say we smelt chlorine all night, then had the pleasure of being woke up to people in the exercise room. We asked to change rooms, was told... More

The hotel is in a good location, but the parking is horrendous, we tried to pre book parking but was told we couldn't pre book, so after a long drive we arrived at the hotel at 21.00hrs to find there was no parking spaces ! I requested alternative parking areas which was greeted with a shrug of the shoulders by... More

We have stayed at Crown Moran twice. The first time was in the old part of the building & was excellent, ( the room & bathroom was not quite such high spec as the new part but pleasant enough, clean & comfy) hence the reason we went back again. The second time was not so good. It was a Saturday... More

Just back from 2 nights staying at this hotel. We got off at Cricklewood overground station, and it took about 5 mins to walk to the Hotel, much nearer than the tube at Kilburn. The area is run down, we notice other reviewers explain this away as being 'multi-cultural'; but in truth the area has been let go and is... More

Just arrived home after a very pleasant stay at the Crown Moran hotel. Found everything to be well above average. Rooms spotless, well equipped, spacious and everything you could ask for. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and well suited to everybody, a good, varied choice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, going into London one day for sights and shopping and then to the Harry Potter studio tour on the way home. It was an ideal location for going into the city as it was a 15 minute walk from Kilburn tube station then only about 15 minute journey into Central London. If... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in early July for the Hyde Park Festival. Overall lovely, price was good, staff were mostly friendly and welcoming, but I do have a few negatives to make 1. The area. Nothing can be done about this, and we knew it before going, but it really isn't all that welcoming. Not bad during the day... More

This is a nice, comfortable, clean hotel with large rooms and restrooms. Easy check-in, very polite staff, and lovely rooms. Comfy beds, and very lovely shower made this a relaxing stay. Two negatives are that we didn't have a window in our room, which we thought was a bit strange but nothing to make a fuss over, and the walk... More

We went to London last month and booked this hotel like 2 months ahead of time. This is the cheapest one we have found since most of the hotels in the city cost around €300/night. The hotel is an hour train ride from the airport but only 1 train ride to the city. There is a bus stop located right... More
