very little around the hotel, if you want tube it is a bus ride away. Car park 15 pound per night. The pool was always busy with private swimming lessons for non residents. Air con very noisy and it was too hot to turn off, ground floor room no windows to outside so room very stuffy. Bar expensive 14 pound... More

We stayed here for two nights while working in central. Not to far from Kilburn to get the over ground, large clean rooms and fast check in's. The bar not sure it's owned by the hotel was below par but we will be staying here again next time we are in london

I sing in a large choir and our prominent conductor is celebrating his 65th Birthday this year. For the occasion, we held a party in January and couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our needs than the Clayton Crown. Emma Gan and Holly McCarthy helped us plan our event and they couldn’t have been more helpful, cheery or professional.... More

Im not spitting fire because a friend bought my wife and myself a voucher for this hotel but for a 4 star hotel its not the best, and im not moaning about the distance to the underground or that there's no minibar or fridge , but the a/c makes noise .bathroom smells like it was cleaned with a dirty mop.cracked... If you are staying at the Clayton Crown Hotel on business I think the location is fine. If you are intending a holiday break then the hotel is not in an area were it's easy to travel. The underground at Kilburn is approximately a mile away although the overground rail station is only 5 mins walk. The beds I found... More

We got married here at the weekend. The hotel team were outstanding. Emma was my wedding angel who is professional, efficient, patient and totally wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was in the planning and organising of our special day! On the day we had the joy of having the operations manager Nick on hand who ensured... More

I will definitely stay here again and will also recommend it to friends and family. However not a hotel to book if you would like to get some decent sleep or a hot bath. Well soundproofed rooms, which are large by London standards, comfortable beds, bath with very powerful shower, great breakfast with delicious Cumberland sausages. There is underground parking... Really good indoor pool, about 1.3 m deep so kids need floatation devices The Clayton Crown is a hidden gem If you want a swim, good food, and comfy rooms this takes some beating The atrium foyer is stunning, the staff helpful and there a many local shops, cafes etc. The on site pub is perfect, busy and with atmosphere... Hotel was well kept and in an accessible area by bus. A decent 15 minute walk from the nearest tube, which wasn't a massive issue. We weren't convinced the room had been cleaned on arrival but it was tidy and was acceptable. On the second night the room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, we contacted... More
