A spacious, bright hotel with friendly staff. We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our room was clean and well-presented. Nice and quiet location. Transport links around the hotel are excellent, so easy to get to, even when the tube was down for maintenance. Lots of grocery stores and eateries right next to the hotel. Pillows were... More

I understand this Hotel is recently under new management, and it certainly has some rough edges (as does Cricklewood) -- my impression was more of a situation slightly out of control than anything worse (given other reviews I was apprehensive). Several of the plug sockets in the room were broken, as was the doorstop. The staff were attentive and friendly.... More

Not many would think of choosing a hotel in Cricklewood for a visit to London but this really is a hidden gem which is on direct bus routes to the west end and the reasonable pricing reflects its location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We only stayed for one night but the room was very clean and comfortable... More

Lovely family meal yesterday, good service, great value for money. Beautiful restored listed building, plenty of space. Five people, 2 courses plus soft drinks £88.00. Go there if you want a a quiet drink in grand surroundings with a choice of bars with comfortable seating or stay for a meal or share small plates. Parking on forecourt or surrounding roads.... My husband and I came to visit friends in London but wished to stay in a hotel where we felt we could come and go at our own leisure. I am quite picky when it comes to hotels as I love cleanliness and usually become disappointed. However not this time. From the moment I walked in all I could smell... More

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel which was not cheap. Our room was underground so no natural light or window, next to the air con so noisy and people were talking in the corridor and slamming doors for much of the night. Not worth the money.

Beautiful building and polite staff. As soon as we arrived we were impressed with the lobby and how efficient the the check in was, which was handy as wanted to get something to eat quickly. The room was lovely but not a little hot for when trying to sleep. overall great stay

Stayed here for one night in July. Wanted a hotel close to Wembley stadium that didn't break the bank. Managed to get a last minute deal (secret hotel) for £75 room only. Car park is tiny and parking is very limited. We paid £15 for 24hrs. Main reception is clean but carpeted corridors are frayed and looking tired also needing... More
