My boyfriend booked us afternoon tea and a night here for my birthday. The tea was gorgeous and we added champagne to it, and the room was very comfortable. 24hr room service was a god send as we got back very late from the theatre. Cricklewood is the nearest train station which has very quick links into the city centre.... More

I can't say very much about the hotel. I stayed here one night with my son and two of his mates. All aged 15. We arrived late on Friday and were going to Manchester early on Saturday, which meant that we didn't use the restaurant or any of the amenities. This is a review where I would like for TA... More

Clayton is a nice place to stay in when you plan to go to London. It's very accessible and there are buses just outside the hotel which is good for those without transportation. Also, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and shops. I recommended Clayton to my friends going to London because it doesn't cost too much, but nice... More

We booked on line arrived to a surprisingly modern hotel with all the amenities, very nice bathroom products, professional staff and a good restaurant for dinner. There are buses just outside, shops and restaurants, the real London experience, it's been good.

This is our second family stay at the Clayton Crown hotel, and once again, we were more than satisfied as to what we received. First of all, don't be put off by the fact the hotel is in Cricklewood. The food in the area has good food hygiene ratings and the area its self is not dangerous, we have never... More

This is an adequate hotel for a night stay or even perhaps a couple of nights. However, it is far from luxury, it really is like a dressed up premier inn. Breakfast is adequate, the rooms are adequate. It's not entirely clean, but it's not overly dirty. If you are easily put off by smells, and mould, then don't go... More

This hotel was rated 4 stars. And it wasn't. Staff was rude. Not a great location. We stayed there because we were going to a concert at Wimbley Stadium. No way we could have walked there. Restaurant was not great and lots of drunk people in the pub.

We stayed at the hotel on a Saturday evening and in general terms, the stay was pleasant enough. The main bonus for us was that we managed to gain a real bargain in terms of how much we paid for the stay. Nevertheless, the hotel played its part in ensuring that we enjoyed a good week-end in London. The location... More

Nice looking hotel and situated 1/2 mile from the M1, good access.4* Hotel it wasn't. The seating in the reception area was ripped, looked tatty. My room again at first glance looked great until you opened the draw and it fell apart.? The bathroom wasn't much better, the floor tiles moved, the sink had a large crack in it, the... More

Visited family near London and used this hotel as a base. Food in panasaia Resturant very good. Service at reception friendly. However not a hotel to book if you would like to get some decent sleep or a hot bath. Banging doors from 6:30 am onwards. Only warm water in bath/shower. Not sure I would visit again as there are...
