Very good and busy hotel, but the staff still manage to make you feel welcome, have time for a chat, and are very helpful. Excellent breakfast choices, especially for vegetarians. Excellent location near Earls Court tube and beside a number of bus routes going North, South, East and West. Despite being busy, rooms were quiet and a good night sleep... More

We stayed as a family of four with young children in May 2015 and the hotel was excellent. The staff were were a real credit to the hotel, very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great quality hotel in a good location.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, short walk to Earl's Court Underground Station. Staff were lovely and so helpful, even when we decided we wanted to stay for an extra night and they helped us and booked us an extra night on the day that we wanted to stay! All of the members of staff were so lovely and very welcoming! Rooms... More

Hotel sits across knaresborough place - get a room in the building on the opposite side from reception - much quieter, much less tube noise. Hotel rooms are clean and have all the facilities you could need. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Only problem we had was hotel is also used by visiting school parties (natural history museum and V&A are nearby)... More

Booked this Premier Inn as we were to see Mark Knopfler (Excellent) at the Royal Albert Hall and were also meeting friends in Kensington High St for a meal with friends. Extremely easy to find from Earl's Court Tube Station. Greeting was pleasant and we find that Premier Inns meet the brief. They are reasonably priced, always clean and tidy... More

A very good and reasonably priced Premier Inn, with an excellent location in the centre of London. Would happily reccommend others to stay at this location. Breakfast buffet for a resonable price. Fast acces to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road underground stations, so the whole of the City is within reach.

Really warm welcome at reception. Only three minute walk from Earls Court so very conveniently located. Room lovely and clean. Now for the negatives restaurant service absolutely diabolical. I hadn't booked a table but was advised by Anabel (front of house and waitress who insisted on addressing me as Lady) to come back at 18.30. I said I would wait... More

Only a few minutes walk from the tube and booked for a visit to the Royal Albert Hall (about a 20 minute walk), this was a reasonably priced hotel for this area. The hotel was a typical Premier Inn, clean, comfortable and serving a good breakfast. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to... More

I stay in 4 or 5 Premier inns throughout the year for both business and pleasure and although all rooms in Premier inn hotels are much of the same ...the food...quality of service and location can vary quite a bit. This hotel ticks all those boxes nicely. Will stay here again when in the Kensington / West London area ..

When all we want is a bed for the night/s Premier are always reliable, but this is the first time I had stayed at this Premier location, and will think twice about doing so again. The room was a trifle smaller, but as ever, it was clean and comfortable and kept that way when serviced during the day. The problem... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
