The hotel is one of the most dirtiest things iv ever come across. As soon as I got out of the taxi, I cringed inside. We got to the front desk, was told we would have to wait 45 minutes for our room to be finished. Then we couldn't find our room, and a member of staff was VERY rude... More

We stayed here during our Euro trip. This was the dirtiest place I have ever been to. The room and the hallway... More

I then called the main booking line, who completed a 3 line call with Mary with me. Mary was the most rude woman I have ever come across, and could not be bothered with anything.... More

We went to see a gig in Kentish town, we were able to walk there and to Camden from the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. We had an attached bathroom which was small but clean. They also had shared bathrooms/toilets which we clean and well stocked. We missed breakfast but it smelt good! Staff are friendly and welcoming.... More

Ok so I have just returned from this hotel after 4 nights there with my husband and I honestly think that people expect too much for the money! We paid £40 a night for two people, with breakfast included, in zone 2, in London where else can you get as good as that? It was basic but clean, we paid... More
