This is a basic hotel. The room we had was tiny and the bathroom was absurdly tiny. Completely unable to dress/undress or dry yourself in the bathroom; and we're not big people. If you are average height or weight you will struggle. If you are even slightly larger than average, avoid. The shower head was broken and the shower was... More

I really do not know why this hotel gets bad reviews? This is a few minutes walk to Paddington station. A nice park across the street to relax and use the mobile. and 2 very nice places to eat a minutes walk and mini marts close by on London st. The room it self was bigger than most (we lucked... More

We had a triple room for 2 people which we were very thankful for otherwise it would have been a tiny room. The bathroom was so tiny you could sit on the toilet while washing your hands in the sink! You could not get changed in the bathroom, you had to get undressed/dressed before going in. The location was great... More

The place is located next to an underground station which was excellent to get into central London. The hotel is conveniently located near a McDonalds, Burger King an Angus Steakhouse plus many other shops and restaurants. As for the hotel itself the rooms are very small and the shower and toilet room is even smaller. The stairs look like they... More

I've been at this hotel just for one night but it was enough to truly appreciate it. I flew from Italy to Gatwick, then took a bus to Earl's Court and the metro to Paddington I was exhausted but the hotel was very easy to find, it was a short stroll from the underground station. I liked the staff, they... More

The room was VERY small, but this is to be expected in London, as was the four story walk up - quite the exercise getting up to the room each day! Also, very little selection for breakfast. Aside from that, it was very clean, the staff were very nice, and overall it was a nice place. A very nice park... More

My daughter and I stayed here when in London for the Capital FM Summer Ball. As always, you never know what to expect from a hotel but this time, we couldn't have had a better experience. So simple to find (even with my legendary non-existent sense of direction), it was a short stroll in the blazing sunlight from Paddington Underground.... More

Charming location and nice staff. We were able to leave our luggage at reception and go do the sightseeing. The luggage was waiting for us in the room. We had 405, which was in 4 floor. Stairs quite steep, no lift (not that we expected one). Room average size but the bathroom was extremely small! Had to keep bathroom door... More
