My friends and I just left this hostel. It was the first hostel that we stayed in on our Eurotrip from Canada. We all loved it! The staff were so fun, and Cami threw great parties on the patio. Everyone we met was really nice. I loved that it had a bar attached. We really felt comfortable here! The lockers... More

If you really don't want to sleep, and don't mind cattle-type conditions for your bathing rituals, stay here! No lift! Free sauna in communal areas! Drunk French men invading your bed at 4am! TWO WHOLE POWERPOINTS FOR EIGHT PEOPLE. NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS! Windows overlooking what seems to be London's loudest and busiest street! (Even with earplugs, no sleep... More

I was very nervous upon arrival in London, as it was my first time traveling alone. St. Christopher's made all my anxiety instantly melt away. The staff is helpful and accommodating, there is a bar attached to the hostel, and it's comfortable and fun, and you get drink specials, and discounts off food. I made friends with the bartenders (Tom... More

Stayed here for one night before heading north to Scotland. They have lockers available for a small fee if you get there before check in. Access is key card controlled, which is pretty easy and convenient. 24 hour reception and two bar areas. Be warned that it's definitely a party hostel. You can get beer pong cups and balls in... For St Christopher's this place is pretty average. The bathrooms are terrible, small and cold. The wifi didn't work in our rooms and the place is noisy. The windows of the room also couldn't be opened which made the room stuffy and hot.

The title's pretty much it. The location is almost perfect, the Borough market is a great place to stroll around while eating a giant cookie or whatever you want really and the London Bridge underground and aboveground stations are just a couple blocks away. The pub located beside and below have a very American feel which can make for a... More

St Christopher's is great. There are many advantages compared to other hostels: 24/7 reception, 25% discount in adjacent restaurant, free WiFi, breakfast and bedlinen included in the rate. Also, it IS a party place, but the parties don't take place in the dorm rooms, which means you can have a good night's sleep even if you're not a party animal.... More

I stayed there only two nights and that's enough. It's close to the tube station, quite a good location. The rooms however are a bit scruffy, there was a constant problem with the shower. It's ok if it's a stopover, but definitely not for longer.

I feel bad writing this review so late, (I stayed there back in late February) but I still wanted to share my excellent experience. I had some problems with my booking but the receptionist, Elise (I think that's how you spell her name, actually maybe her name was Elisa...) helped pull some strings for me so that I could spend... Having been stuffed over by the St Christophers in Shepard Bush i ended up here for a night. Talk about dirty. The showers were dirty, the rooms were dirty, the sheets were dirty. Didnt eat here cause i would have probably died from the dirt. St christophers chain are useless, i dont expect much from hostels, but this experience was... More
