I stayed here with my husband recently. Be advised that the hostel has an age restriction of under 35, but they will waive this if you book a private room. I booked through a hotel site and didn't find out about the restriction until I happened to check the hostel's website. The room was small but fairly clean ( I... More

Journeys King's Cross is what it represents itself to be: an economy lodging option for the 18-35 year old backpacker. Weekday rates are very affordable, and weekend rates are substantially higher since the hostel is usually fully booked. Wifi is included with the basic rate, and was reasonably fast and reliable on the main floor and common areas. A luggage... More

They give you free breakfast every morning between 7:30 and 10. It is right next to King's Cross St Pancras and is only 45 minute walk from Camden town. I got my two night stay for £40. Everyone was really considerate!

I was expecting better for that price, 35€ a night in a room with 16 other people in a room not so big. There is no place and no locker to put your bag in. The curtains were a pretty good idea, the showers were clean and the hostel is in a good location if you're taking the underground. But... More

I stayed in a 15 bed room and it cost around £25 (+ a small card fee - so take cash to spare a bit if you can) which I think is expensive. The rooms get very hot and cramped as there was 4 triple decker bunk beds in one room that was about the size of my bedroom at... More

I chose this hostel for price and location and was not disappointed. London is a really expensive city and prices for a regular hotel anywhere central are never cheap. If you are on a budget then this place fits the bill. I agree they cram too many beds in a small space, but "you get what you pay for". If... More

It only worth if you are travelling from st pancras or king cross. The size of the room was ridiculous . 12 beds in 20 meters? The showers were not really clean and the staff were not extremely nice. After check out you have to pay two pounds for the left luggage . I would not go again.

This hostel was the most expensive in 7 weeks in Europe and was the dirtiest, most crowded and overall worst value hostel of the lot. Stayed in a dorm, so packed you could barely move with everyone's stuff all over the floor, no room to open up you bag. Showers were cold. Kitchen was filthy. Worst thing was the people... More
