The worst hostel i've ever been. Please..please do not stay in here.. I beg you. There was a dead bed bug under my bed and someone in my room was robbed at the same day. It was my first day.. I stayed here 4 days and there was a little(or big) problem every single day. The room looks like a... More

The environment is very cool, the people is nice and there is common areas where you can talk with people. a few things: 1) they charge you extra if you use card 2)£10 deposit for the key (i think is too much) 3) you have to pay for your locker even if you have your own padlock 4)wi fi didn't... The hostel says it has free lockers, wifi, and a continental breakfast. In reality you have to pay to use the lockers (even if you have a lock with you), the wifi is only in the reception, and breakfast is toast. Floors were sticky, bathrooms were dirty and reception struggled with English. We left very frustrated.

My experience in this hostel was by far worst, compared to other hostels across Europe. The first shock was at the reception, where we found out that they accept cash only. And more shocks followed: 5 pound/towel (we didn't pay, we used our sheets as a towel); 1 pound/hour for WIFI; it turned out that the price on the website... More

So I asked my 12 students what they thought about staying here. On average they gave it 7/10. Of course they were in a 15 bed dorm room so that's not too bad. Staff was great, especially Carla. Students liked staff, location and cleanliness, not so much the free breakfast.

Staff in this hostel are just wonderful, reliable and always ready to help a visitor. The 6 men room is just comfortable and private. I would recommend this hostel to anyone looking to see London as all information is readily available at reception and it's facilities are quite good for the price one would have to pay to live in... This is by far one of the worst hostels I've stayed in. We booked a private triple room for 3 of us. The bedding configuration was a bunk with a double bed below and single on top. Towels were not included, we had to buy them for £5. The room was like a prison cell, we couldn't move around it... More
