Once checked in - went to bar for a drink - no bar staff on duty, this was late afternoon. Room ensuite especially around bath could have done with a deep clean and the water supply both hot & cold very intermittent - and no existent on occasions. Brilliant location for all that Greenwich has to offer, on site car parking/public transport makes access easy. Staff unfailingly friendly, helpful and patient.
