It was located in a fairly quite area
recently decorated
breakfast european & acceptabl
Staff some were good in look & attitude

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst on business. I usually stay in budget hotels such as a premier inn but as their prices are hardly budget in London I decided on the Yardley. As I drove in to the car park, my first reactions were "what have I done" . The hotel had the "Bates Motel" look about it and the car park needed to be tidied. The planter full of empty beer cans is not a good start. Once inside everything was fine, a little bit on the dark side but ok. The guy on reception was friendly and he directed me to my room. The room was ok but badly needed a makeover. If the owners invested money in wall paper a bit of paint and better lighting this would improve the room greatly. Cleanliness just passed my test but if she was their my wife would have moaned Im sure. The room was clean but needed a deep clean, if that makes any sense. For instance not to go into great detail there was aspects of previous customers still in that room. All in all I slept well over 3... More
