Easy to find from Victoria Station but not what expected. Tiny room and very noisy at night. Breakfast was a joke, Coffee & Toast was all you got, and chaos in Dinning room as tiny & full of foreingners.

Stayed here for one night. Room very basic but clean hot shower in the room but hand held broken eall fixture. Communal bathrooms near room and always clean. Stayed here one night. Friendly welcome, clean tidy room (with a balcony!), comfy bed with a good night sleep. The Contential Breakfast was Ceral and Toast rather than a contential, however was satisfactory. Was not looking for a 5* experience just a comfy room to sleep in and this is what I got. Would stay again.

Booked for price and location for coach trip. Unfriendly welcome, room was disappointing. Girlfriend wanted to leave. Tried to get refund. Had to find another place on foot. Luckily lots of hotels around the area.
