Great area to stay in, hardly two minutes from Paddington Station and on a bus route that takes you into central London. Situated on an access road section of Sussex Gardens. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate, like two eggs instead of one - well, just ask. Will... More

My second stay at this hotel, the place is immaculate and offers great value for central London. I have stayed in many hotels in this price bracket and generally I am left feeling somewhere between disappointed and disgusted. The Omega is totally different starting with the staff who are great, the hotel has recently been refurbished, new beds, flat screen... More

This is a very small, budget hotel in Sussex Gardens (which, for those of you who don't know, is a street almost entirely lined with small hotels on either side). I managed to get a really good last minute deal here (£99/night B&B) for a single room - and jumped at the chance. My first impression was that the hotel... More

I have to agree with other reviews that I have seen the rooms are small and the stairs are exhausting. I am not unfit but 5 flights (with an overnight bag) was heavy going - would I contemplate going back down for a coffee (which is in reception) - no. I nearly didn't go for breakfast as that was downstairs... More

We enjoyed the location of this hotel as it was very close to Hyde Park. As avid walkers we often walked from here to the Westend - it's an easy walk if you have the time. The hotel is manned 24/7 but I'm not sure if it was that useful having them there, one person barely looked up from the... More

Although a budget hotel, I found the Omega a great place to stay in heart of London. I was there 3 weeks ago and it has been refurbished since I stayed in 2010 , 2007 and 2004. Rooms are nicely furnished (bathrooms are a bit small) but with free wifi I was not complaining. Highly recommended!

Terrible hotel, we stayed in a triple room, the room was so small we had no space to open our luggage. The bathroom is so small as well and suffocating. + A very noisy area. We also had to carry our luggage through very narrow staircase. The breakfast quality was very poor as well. The guy at the reception wasn’t... More

Booked a weekend stay at The Omega House as a base for a friend's fiftieth birthday celebrations in London. Having read some of the earlier reviews, we knew it would be a budget hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is extremely close to Paddington station so was... More

I stayed at the Omega Hotel last week on a business trip to London and would recommend it highly to anyone needing to stay in the Paddington area. The staff and owner were nothing short of friendly, helpful and accommodating. As a man of substantial size the bathroom was a little snug but it just reminded me that I should... More
