If you are after somewhere convenient to Paddington station (both tube and Heathrow express), somewhere that is safe and clean, then here is your spot. Simon, Rao and the team were just so helpful and kind, I cannot thank them enough. Breakfast included and more than adequate to sustain one for the marathon walks that this writer undertook during a... More

The location is really good. Close to the tube, bus stops and close to Hyde park. But being first time in the queen's city, I was very surprise to discover the size of the room, and then the bathroom!! Tiny! May be because %£ = %m2. Breakfast was very "slim" and breakfast was served underground, so mind the gap! But... More

The Omega is conveniently situated a few minutes' walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small - the drawers could not be accessed easily, for example - and the en-suite was one of those purpose-built units similar to those in cabins on ships. The parts of the room that... Booked a double room. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Shame about the stair access to the room,- anyone with mobility problems would have great difficulty. Breakfast was not a full english breakfast, and was served only luke warm. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (which was surprising as all hotels that we have stayed... More

Hotel is in a great location 15 minute walk to oxford street and a 5 minute walk to Paddington station. Hotel was cheap for London only £90 a night with breakfast so wasn't expecting much. Hotel was basic which was fine, hotel staff friendly but the room was dirty. The carpet was covered in somebody elses hair which we asked... More

Booked a single room, but was told I was given a double. The only thing double about the room was the bed, which was very comfortable, it would have been nearly impossible for two people to stay there. Bathrom also very small, and smelled a bit of mildew, though it was clean. It also lacked any shampoo, something I expect... More

This hotel offers a no-frills place to stay at a fair price. I found it to be very clean, quiet, and the staff was quite courteous and professional. The rooms are a bit small, and the bathroom is really small, but again, everything was very clean. Comfy beds, and decent towels. I would have maybe liked to have a small... More
