Terrible hotel, we stayed in a triple room, the room was so small we had no space to open our luggage. The bathroom is so small as well and suffocating. + A very noisy area. We also had to carry our luggage through very narrow staircase. The breakfast quality was very poor as well. The guy at the reception wasn’t... More

Booked a weekend stay at The Omega House as a base for a friend's fiftieth birthday celebrations in London. Having read some of the earlier reviews, we knew it would be a budget hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is extremely close to Paddington station so was... More

I stayed at the Omega Hotel last week on a business trip to London and would recommend it highly to anyone needing to stay in the Paddington area. The staff and owner were nothing short of friendly, helpful and accommodating. As a man of substantial size the bathroom was a little snug but it just reminded me that I should... More

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights over 2 months in advance here as we were going on a holiday. I was surprised to note that I was immediately charged the costs for 1 night stay and did not realize that I could not get that refund if I chose to cancel and look for alternatives. Secondly, when I checked... More

I checked the tripadvisor reviews of this hotel and booked the place. I will try to list pros and cons for this place. Pros: 1) close to Paddington station 2) clean room 3) friendly Indian receptionist. Cons: 1) No elevator and the staircases are narrow. Taking bags to 5th floor is a workout. 2) free breakfast but it is better... More

Very nice stay in a room that seemed newly refurbished, welcoming staff and clean, inviting surroundings. And only a few minutes walk to Paddington station, Little Venice and some great pubs and restaurants. We will be coming back!

The characterization of the this hotel as a business hotel had misled me and created unmet expectations. The hotel is clean and basic, and the staff is kind and always willing to help. It is a convenient 3-minute walk from Paddington. The WiFi worked. However, there is no real desk where you could work or no actual lobby where you... More

hotel was really clean, staff were really pleasant and very friendly. Room was a bit basic, bathroom a bit like a cupboard but it looked really well presented and looked like it had been recently decorated. Only real criticism was poor choice cooked breakfast 2 rashers of bacon, 1 tinned tomato and a few beans. Would have expected mushrooms/sausage and... More

Good location minutes away from Paddington but the entire street is lined with hotels so stay somewhere else. Room was cleanish but very small, wifi was strong and breakfast was good in the morning. Unfortunately, the two concierges ruined the experience. The first one did not know how to get to the airport besides to take a taxi, meaning my... More

I stayed at this hotel over two nights when I was in London on business last year. The receptionists are very helpful and offered to carry my bags up to my room, as it was quite high up. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a good night's sleep. It is also very close to Paddington station, which... More
