Been there on a family trip (5) on October 2014. The room was nice and cozy, Alex and his staff were extremely friendly, the location is excelent (walking distance to Natural History Museum, Big Bus Tour Stop, Tube, Restaurants, Minimarkets, etc,) Deffinetely will recomend this hotel and we´ll come back for sure.

We really liked the staff. They were nice and accomodating. The room was a little stinky and this was because the bathroom was moldy and had absolutely no ventilation. Our clothes smelled of it once we left. The location is great. There are bars and restaruants two markets a the tube station, several parks and the museums within walking distance.... More

The breakfest was very good and valuable, but the double room was wery small. The bathroom had no lock so the doors cant completely close. Rooms on the floor has got small window above door to the corridor, so if someone dont turn light off, it shone it to the room.

We had a family room for 5 and it was great value. Room was small & basic. Bathroom vented straight to bedroom (door had gaps top & bottom) so no privacy there. Breakfast reasonable and service very friendly. At the price couldn't be beaten. Location wonderful.

Good - location was great, walking distance to Gloucester Road station, good neighborhood - full breakfast is part of the rate - eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms and tomato with a lot of beverage options. Yes I remember because they served the same exact thing everyday. Lol. I liked it though. - friendly enough staff but they could do... More

Friendly staff and the location was perfect for me. Unfortunately the room smelt bad, was very basic and extremely tired looking. So cheap, even soap wasn't provided, the TV was barely larger than my phone and yet the room was around £150 a night? I know some enjoyed their stay.. The walls are so thin that you could hear just... More

I stayed in this hotel just for one night on business - it was cheap and in a great location! However, how hard is it to run a hoover over the floor between guests? I was staying in the single room. It was very small, the bed was uncomfortable and old, there was dust in all the corners and used... More

This hotel had many pros but also quite a few cons that would make me hesitate in staying here again. Let me start with the pros: • All day access to fruits, coffee, and tea. The fruit variety is quite impressive. They had bananas, apples, oranges, pears, persimmons, pomegranates, peaches, mangoes, and berries. Being a huge fruit eater, I was... More

Located on a quiet, charming street in Kensington, the neighborhood is the best thing this place has going for it. The immigrant family who run the hotel were friendly, and the included breakfast was more than generous, including a nice selection of fresh fruit. Now for the down side: my two grown daughters and I were assigned to the absolutely... More
