Lovely quiet location but just around the corner from Paddington station with access to all areas of London by tube. Room was nice and clean with window opening onto a park. Staff friendly. Full cooked breakfast included in the price. Great value for money! I wish all hotels were this comfortable and cheap :-)

Checked in and checked out immediately. Small elevator, 3 trips with luggage. Access to room still required transit down and up stair at a bizarre junction. Smelly, un-kept, very small dysfunctional room. No room for luggage. Door opens into closet. Hair dryer in-between room and bathroom - bizarre. Bed jammed to wall, good luck on getting to washroom. Still using... More

Lovely hotel, relatively cheap, good breakfast, rooms are small but having spent 3 nights in one with my husband and two children do the job. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous to paddington and most of london! Would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent location and super friendly staff. Decent breakfast although more variety of jams would be welcome by someone who doesn't like orange marmalade. Very small lift which broke often and we had to climb steep stairs. Bathroom supplies very scarce (only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel for two was not sufficient). Although room was non-smoking, every time we entered... More

I have stayed there for 3 nights in April with my family (3 adults and 1 kid 3years old) nothing special, the room was old-fashioned and ugly. small! it was impossible to get in with our luggage. the big bed was made up of two single beds (they just put them together!!) breakfast was a typical English breakfast, we didn't... After reading some reviews, I was a little pessimistic before travelling. We booked last minute and got a really good deal, the hotel is very basic but comfortable and clean. The room (104) was a good size, with s nice balcony, the room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The breakfast was basic but met all sufficient to kick start the day.... More

The hotel is located within a 5 min walk from Paddington Station and close to Hyde Park. A good number of restaurants around, which is good because the hotel has no eat-in facilities and the breakfast is substandard. The 'family' room (a double bed and two single beds) was barely 10 sqm, the bathroom minuscule as well, with very little... More

Super hotel when not spending any time in it but sleeping and an early breakfast. Three easy walking minutes to the bustling area around Paddington Station was the saviour for this hotel. And a decent english breakfast, which you should arrive early to get seated for. The hotel had very tiny rooms, with no chairs, no desk, only beds and... More

For a convenient place to stay, this is a good hotel. And hey, who needs to stay in a fancy hotel in London...it's all about the city, isn't it?! You have a small but clean room with a good bed and shower. Decent English breakfast and friendly, helpfull staff. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from Hyde... More

I made a last minute booking with Rose Park, and was very lucky to have paid a last-minute deal price and still get a free upgrade to a family room (I booked single). Quite pleased with the room and facilities. Perhaps some people would have an issue with how the room did not have a dresser. The shower door was... More
