This hotel is ideally situated for those who are using Eurostar, being only about 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. This area of London is very busy, however, the hotel is in a very quiet square away from the hustle and bustle. My wife and I have used the hotel on two occasions whilst seeing shows in London and... We stayed one night to get the Eurostar next morning, The rooms are very basic, but spotless. We had a decent cooked breakfast in very clean dining room with friendly staff. There is not a lift there, but for us this was not a problem. Ideal location for St Pancras, ideal for a short stay.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights to visit New Designers and Collectif clothes shops lol. we both had single rooms which where basic and compact but very clean with a comfortable bed, (what more do you need) and a lovely view of the park. The staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The 2 minute walk to london underground... More

Ideally located 5 minutes away from King's Cross Station, the Underground and the Eurostar. The rooms are fairly basic, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms are very clean. For the price you can't go wrong. There are a wealth of pubs and restaurants nearby for all budgets. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Only stayed one night, for easy access to St.Pancras and a trip on the Eurostar to Paris. That said, the location served us well, but I'd never stay there for extended time. It's a lovely small hotel on the outside, across from a park, near some interesting areas of the city, and the lobby and other interiors are quite stylishly... More

Hi Stayed one night whilst visiting a conference. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Single room was small but cosy, and had everything you needed. Modern bathroom and room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Definitely recommend and will visit again. Thanks

My wife and I stayed for two nights at this hotel and chose it for its location. It's two minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras Stations and is ideal if you have an early train to catch. It's an older style hotel but has been re-furbished. Our room was clean and a reasonable size with an on-suite bathroom. (Apparently some... More

I stayed here for one night last weekend while visiting London simply because I was looking for a cheap room at short notice. This was the cheapest at £65 but even then, that's not value for money for this place. Given the key for the top floor, there's no elevator so trudged up 5 flights of stairs with luggage. There's... I stayed here with a friend for two nights and after having to climb to the very top of the hotel (approx 5-6 flights) was very disappointed with the room. We had a twin room and there was literally just enough room for two narrow single beds with a table between. The room was hot (although you could open the... More

Great location. Room and bathroom very small - you would have trouble if you are any bigger/taller than average. Our room was up 4 flights of steep stairs so you need to be pretty fit too. Saying that though it was clean and comfortable - there was nothing really to complain about.
