Me and my boyfriend stayed here for one night whilst in London to see the Libertines and we were very very pleasantly surprised. For the price we paid we didn't expect it to be anywhere near as good as it was. On arrival we managed to park straight away (a bonus whenever in the area of London) and we were... More

Stayed here on way to and back( 3 nights), from a continental holiday based on reviews on Tripadvisor. Not disappointed. The Hotel is clean, the staff and owners very friendly and helpful, and there is a good and varied breakfast in a dining room overlooking a delightful garden. As with all Hotels of this type, the rooms and particularly the... More

Stayed here for night in family room for London trip over two days. Any family with 5 children knows the difficulty of finding a room to suit. Friendly greeting, was allowed to leave my car here for two days even after we checked out. Wide choice for brekkie, all freshly cooked (sausages not great though) but that's the only gripe.... More

At a reasonable distance from central London via underground, the Heatherbank Guest House offers comfort and convenience at an affordable rate. The rooms and beds were quite nice, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. After a long day of sight-seeing, it was so nice... More

Having heard that London Hotel Rooms are Match Box Size and Room Service is crappy ..I was concerned at the time of booking one Room for 8 Night Stay at this Place During July 2014 and it turned out a Right Decision !! Surprisingly Room was reasonably sized and very clean - well serviced everyday , sufficient and good quality... More

We stayed in heatherbanks house for 2 days. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and a great bathroom. The owners are really helpful and so friendly. Negotiated a good deal for a taxi for us and gave us advice where to go shopping on the way to train station. Lovely breakfast menu in a beautiful breakdast room lookung out... More

Perhaps I should have anticipated what was to come when I approached this guest house to see four lads standing outside swigging cans of lager! In fairness I suppose in this day and age businesses can't afford to turn away any paying customers but the noise that these particular guests made when they came crashing into the room above us... Having stayed in some pretty grotty London digs previously we were down for the FA Cup Final and wanted somewhere not-rubbish to stay. So many I looked at had crappy reviews, but this place seemed different. Lots of good reviews, so we booked. And it was a brilliant choice. I'd seen photos of the red triple room (1 double bed,... Arrived late at night after very busy day. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. All seemed to be smiling all the time. Bed was comfortable and room was big and well set out. Breakfast was basically anything you wanted cooked or otherwise. Very good standard. We will be staying here again when next visiting the area.
