I would certainly recommend this hotel. It was quite reasonable €100 pp / night. London is ridiculously expensive for accommodation, so I was delighted to find this hotel, which is in a nice area of the city. Pros: Good value for money, nice area, 10 minute walk to VIctoria bus / tube / train station(s) (bus to Stanstead Airport £9... More

Stayed one night in the basement in the Annex. Very small room with limited natural light – the one small window looked out over the bins. Atrocious pillows and uncomfortable bed. Tiny bathroom. Despite several attempts the shower refused to dispense anything other than cold water. I would have complained at checkout but it took the receptionist all his time... More

Well located and very clean, as a business user I was surprised that after check in we were told we were in the annex mews, this happens to be a separate part of the hotel across the road and in some of the smallest rooms I've ever seen, not what's displayed on the site at all, really nice staff though... We arrived at the hotel in mid-morning, and were greeted by excellent staff. They offered to hold our bags until it was time to check in, and they put the bags in the room. This allowed us to immediately get out and check out the city. The room was quite small, but expected. It was very clean, comfortable bed, and... More

Staying with my daughter at the moment. The rooms are tiny, but that's pretty standard in London. No iron or ironing board in the room (there would barely be space) but they bring one over if you need one. It's clean, a 5 minute walk from Victoria station, the staff are poilte and efficient and we can see Westminster Abbey... More

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Vitoria Palace for six nights in June. The hotel was great, the rooms were a little small, but we mostly spent time sleeping in the very comfortable beds. We had two rooms, both with a double bed and a twin. The rooms were clean and the staff could not have been... More

We were on the top floor and there is no lift in the "annex" building, so hauling our luggage up was very difficult, and we only had carry on bags. The location was around 10 minutes walking distance to Victoria Station, and was very convenient for getting around tourist sites. For the price and location, I was willing to deal... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and everything they listed about the hotel is true. It is very clean, near many places to eat and in walking distance to Victoria Station train and subway station as well as Buckingham Palace and many other places. The breakfast is an additional charge and we did not purchase it. The manager... More

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room spotless and breakfast delicious. The location is perfect for Victoria Station. The review asks for a minimum of 200 characters - our response is succinct and says it all.

Just back from our stay, thank you Best Western, we stayed in the annex a few doors away from the main hotel. We were delighted to find that we had a flat at our disposal, a sitting room ( brilliant for people watching and counting four x fours) and fully equipt kitchen ( everything was spotlessly clean) a bedroom (... Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
