we chose this property for its location and we were not disappointed. A few blocks from Victoria Station which by the tube or train can get you everywhere. We were a 15 minute walk away from Westminster Abbey; Houses of Parliament; Buckingham Palace. The surprise we discovered were the great little restaurants close by on Wilton Street. Rooms are small... More

This was our second visit to the hotel but on this occasion we were given a room on the ground floor next to the stairs. It was clean and comfortable but definitely not a room that you could sleep in peacefully due to noise. We heard the movement from the upstairs occupants they must have walked up and down the... I arrived to a friendly check in and was taken 'over the road' to the annexe. Double room was tiny and smelt suspiciously of smoke. Bathroom was so small I had to sit on the toilet sideways. Shower tiny. No breakfast included and was £12 extra if you want it. However there were loads of places to eat out on... More

The annex room was pretty rubbish, small and cramped, tiny beds, room was clean enough but not immaculate. I also tried to do a date change to a CLOSER date and they wouldn't allow it. I know it states no changes and fair enough if I was trying to change it to some time next year or something, however I... More

Great location, convenient to Victoria station. Turned up early in the morning to leave bags in luggage storage facility, but was immediately offered an available room. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable; were able to offer advice on best tourist options, travel, etc. Room space slightly limited due to size of building, but was well laid out so not cramped,... For years i have been a regular customer and the rooms have always been clean and the staff extremely helpful. This place is good value if you want to spend time in London, stay at a convenient place but don't want to break the bank.

Have low expectations and you won't be disappointed. The best thing about this hotel is that it is clean. The location cannot be a surprise, since it is on a street with about 8 other hotels, all right next to each other, all boasting proximity to Victoria station. I would not stay again, considering that the price is not on... More

The hotel is relatively well situated between Victoria and Pimlico underground stations. Rooms are very small and clean. Small and well equipped bathroom with shower. Clean and fresh. Beds are short. On the limit for longer people. (I just fitted with my 1.91 m). We were in the basement with 2 rooms. Ours was next to the frontside basement entrance... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
