Once again we have spent ten nights in this hotel whilst exhibiting at the Chelsea Flower Show. It really is a home from home with the same familiar faces at the desk and in the kitchen, breakfast room. We are always welcomed and given every assistance with the complexities of multiple staff and rooms, yet it is all friendly and... More

One of the Best Western chain of hotels it offers a comfortable bed and if you take the breakfast option a really hearty breakfast. London prices of course but very handy for the Victoria Theatres. As we all arrived for breakfast at the same time it was really tight and some guests had to make do with stools at a... More

This place was a perfect location, however I don't think one can expect what they normally would at a best western because of the location. they don't have an elevator which makes it a bit cumbersome but the service was good. Rooms are a bit small (which I expected) but can be a little uncomfortable when you have a lot... More

Long weekend with wife and 8 yr old son. Our priority was sightseeing ang shopping. This hotel have a great location just 5 minutes walk from Victoria station. Perfect if you arrive on the Gatwick Express. The fasade, entrance and lobby is modest, London style. Check In was efficient and staff friendly. If you dont know London and the standard... More

Checked in staff were very friendly. Had to walk across the street (bit of a pain with luggage and a child I tow). It was like a maze with lots of stairs to get to the room. If you have difficulty walking or have health issues this would not be ideal. Room was small and without a fridge which we... More

I stayed at the Best Western Victoria Palace for a week while attending work meetings in London. I was greeted by very friendly staff that was very helpful. Upon arrival, the bellboy brought my luggage across the street to the annex building that my room was in and up 3 flights of stairs. As there is no lift, this is... More

Hotel great location. Check in was quick but then told we were in the annexe. This was back out of the building across the road and down a side street. A very small entrance door. As we went inside we were informed that there was no lift and I was on the top floor. It was a very steep staircase... More

We were initially very surprised by how small the hotel room was, however, as it turns out, it was perfect for our needs. We were only i the room to sleep at night, otherwise were out all day. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff can't be more helpful. We had one large piece... More

We arrived early before the check in time, however the staff could not be more helpful and allowed us access to one of our rooms which was already ready. We were delighted with the standard as we had paid a very reasonable price for the two rooms. There was no noise, and we slept brilliantly. Conveniently located beside Victoria train... More

We have been coming to this hotel for several years now and it never disappoints. Located a few blocks from Victoria Coach Station as well as Victoria Train Station and the Tube, this place is ideally located for touring London. The hotel is really two properties, a main building and an Annex in which we usually stay just up the... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
