We were in the annexed rooms over the road from the main hotel. Check in was easy and we were taken across with our luggage. Room was clean but not very big but fine for the time we spent in it. excellent location for Victoria station and underground. Plenty of good pubs and eating places within walking distance. Good value... More

Clean well decorated with modern bathroom. Obliging staff with bottled water machine in reception and close to station underground all at an excellent price. Just don't expect a huge room. it's just right for an overnight sleeping base with a desk and good wifi if needed. Will be using it again

This is a very good budget hotel. Be realistic... don't expect the Ritz if you're not prepared to pay for it. I booked a room in the annex but was given a room in the hotel at no extra cost as one was available... so that was appreciated - but obviously I can't speak for conditions in the annex. The... Woke up at 6:00 a.m. cos kitchen noise is very loud (cattery and ppl talking). Avoid rooms close to the kitchen, so. All the remaining aspects were ok. The location is about 10 minutes walking from victoria station. There is a nice little marketing and plenty of restaurants in 2-3 minutes walking. People are very nice and kind. Room was... More

Ended up staying here when we turned up to our originally booked hotel which was inhabitable! The guys in reception could not have helped us more with finding a room with such short notice! The room we stayed in was in the annex building and it was a basement type bedroom, but it was still absolutely lovely! The room had... More

First off - service was great. I stayed in the Annex which has budget rooms. The staff member helped take my bag it was very nice of him. Room is small in the annex but the value is good. The bed was dusty and walls are thin - that is my only complaint.

Was on a 26 hours self made stopover so I can see London to start my vacation. I wanted something: 1) cheap but private bathroom 2) Near the Victoria Palace Theatre [Billy Elliot] 3) Near Tube & Trains This fit all 3. Room 6 in the annex was small but for the cost for central London near everything what can... More

Stayed here because of its convenient location. Booked through work and wasn't aware of the 'annexe' about 200 yds across the road - which is where I ended up. As a lone female I didn't feel particularly safe and wedged a chair up against my door - why? The inferior glass front door was only 20ft away and easily accessibly... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
