We stayed in London in September 2014 with the kids ( now 2 adults). The room was great and the staff were smily and courteous. The location is perfect for those who like to walk to visit. 5 minute walk to metro and train stations, 10 minutes to Buckingham, etc. Rooms are standard, no extra luxury, but comfy. Around the... Great location and walking distance to many attractions in the heart of central London Pros: -Very Close to Victoria Station (metro, trains, and buses) -Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Big Ben,etc. -Quiet location considering its proximity to major streets and roads ( close to Victoria Street, Buckingham Palace Road, etc) -Victoria Place shopping mall (connects to... stayed one night after going to a show. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very basic but clean and comfortable.Being just a short walk from victoria station and considering the reasonable price to stay at this hotel I would not hesitate in going back there in the future.

This was by far the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. And the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The first night there were gross stains on the towels and bath mats, and the carpet was too grimy to go barefoot on. As far as privacy was concerned, the shade on the bathroom window didn't cover the whole... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel as a base for a stay in London for our anniversary. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful, located a short walk away from Victoria railway and bus stations with loads of good quality and reasonably priced restaurants just on the door step. Breakfast was as to be expected and... More

Stayed one night with family to attend a wedding. Excellent service. We wanted an early check-in to enable us to change into wedding garb and hotel were very accommodating, having all 3 rooms available for us well before normal check-in time. Comfortable beds. Quiet, despite central London location. Well-priced convenient hotel.

Our family (6 adults) stayed here for 4 days this Oct. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in the Annex building 1/2 a block away, we had rooms on the 2nd an 3rd floors. The stairs are steep and narrow and there is no elevator, 2 of us have bad knees but we looked at this as... More

The Best Western in the Victoria station area is very adequate for travelers having a short stopover in London. If you are arriving from Gatwick, there is an express train that runs every 15 minutes and puts you well within walking distance to the hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and adequate for a short stay.

We booked on Booking.com. The internet daily rate for the Annex Double Room was slightly higher then two years ago. We booked three rooms -#25, #26 and #27.These rooms are located in the back of the annex. For #26 and#27, there are about 25 steps-no elevator but very quite. Of the three rooms #26 was the largest with a queen... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Victoria Station. While the rooms would do well as monk's cells, for a single person it was perfect. Very close to some excellent restaurants and to Victoria Station.
