This hotel is excellent value for money, it is conveniently located close to Earls Court Tube Station with local amenities all close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and in the modern style which I liked. Other reviewers have had issues with the size of the rooms, but I found my room to... More

I spend a weekend at the Jade recently. I choose it based on both location and amenities and I wasn't disappointed. The Jade is a three minute walk from Earls Court tube. While Hogath Road is lively at the top end of the street the part of the street where The Jade is located is quiet and very safe. My... More

Not worth the money. There's was only 1 helpful person at reception at my entire stay, the rest was no help. No information in the rooms in regards to facilities they have to offer or even how to use the phone, pretty simple stuff that should be there. The room was tiny for the price I paid & the shower... I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The wi-fi was free and very reliable. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you are on vacation in London. Nice toilet.

A lovely hotel, room was comfortable, and clean and quiet. Small kitchenette which was really useful. Highly recommended, but don't stay if you like your hotel breakfast as not included, but there is a coffee machine. Modern bathroom too.

This was quite a basic hotel. I was given a very small basement room with a double bed. Everything was quite new and clean and was fine for me as I was only there for a short time. What I didn't like was being able to hear the trains, although this didn't disturb me once I was asleep. The hotel... More

The hotel is a good location, nice and central. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The small kitchenette area in my room was a great facility I wasn't expecting. Overall, really good value for money. I'll be staying again.

I stayed overnight on a business trip through London. It really was a bed for the night. I was in a room on the lower ground which meant a tiny window on the world which was below ground. It self not a problem but if you need a bit more natural light then the 'LG' rooms might not be for... More

The Jade is your average London hotel, close to the Earl's Court and Gloucester road tube. Sainsbury's is also just around the corner, if you're looking for budget eating. Wi-Fi connection was great. Our room wasn't cleaned as you expect it to be cleaned, i.e. only the trash cans were emptied and the bed was made, but other than that,... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
