The hotel consists of two buildings... the building across the street from the lobby, is next to the rail yards. ...very noisy rooms ion this building... trains going by every few minutes. The rooms are clean and up-to-date.. but postage stamp size.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk for transportation anywhere in the city, or tours out of the city. The room was clean and a decent size compared to many London hotels. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how quiet my room was, considering it's proximity to the rail system. The wi-fi was so weak... More

First, the rooms are tiny and your neighbors are literally within arms length. Perhaps the location should have turned me away first, as the rear of the hotel is literally the rail yard. Trains screech by every fifteen mi Utes or so around the clock. And if you aren't hearing the trains you're hearing the elevator with its automatic announcements,... More

Stayed here from 22/9 for 3 nights. Hotel is in an excellent location, only 2 minutes walk from Victoria Rail/Coach Station and tube. Hotel is very clean and modern and value for money. Room safe was included at no extra cost. Rooms are of reasonable size and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast costs £6... More

We stayed in the Comfort Inn for 3 nights. It was clean, warm and comfortable. The location is great; beside Victoria train station and a short walk from central London. There was a safe and tea / coffee available in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine and good value for money. Our room was... More

Love this location - easy to walk to so many sights in London. Close to Victoria Station so even day trips out of town can be done easily. Staff is always very helpful with directions. Nice breakfast.

This place is OK. Not the best hotel, and certainly not the worse. It was incredibly convenient being just a few locks from Victoria Station in a nice neighborhood right near Eccleston Square. The area has a number of pubs, restaurants, shopping, and even a small grocery store within a five minute walk. It was very reasonably priced for the... More

A friend and I spent a couple of nights in London, and needed to be near to our transport. This is a stone's throw from both Victoria Train Station, Underground and Victoria Coach Station. It was so close hat we could manage luggage so easily, and to our surprise, the hotel was perfect. The reception staff were extremely courteous and... More

We arrived at Victoria Station by the underground from Heathrow. The hotel was only about 4 blocks away and we managed to roll our suitcases down the very crowded sidewalks. The very small room was on an upper floor across the street. Fortunately there was a window over the street and there was an elevator. Unfortunately the WiFI didn't work... More
