I can only state as I found this hotel, which my wife & I used for a one night stay on 26/27 January. Reception were extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The room, although on the lower ground floor with no view, was excellent - clean, tidy and comfortable. Bathroom & shower facilities were perfectly satisfactory,... More

I stayed at this hotel for a week end, in January 2012. The hotel has two buildings, I stayed in an attic room in the building accross the main (reception) building. The main building looked less modern than the one in which I stayed. Positives: 1. Excellent location in central London, at 2 mins from Victoria Coach Station and within... More

I staied here for one night during a business trip. The hotel is located a few steps from Victoria station, just across a railtrack bridge. They do have two different buildings, one brand new and the other one quite old. I staied on the new rooms and it was ok, a bit noising the trains (you can see the track... More

I stayed 4 nights in room 408 (newly-refurbished, in a building just across the street from where the reception is) from Jan 12 to Jan 16, 2012. Though the room is almost on the roof:), it's easy to use the elevator. And this tiny but cosy room is so clean and well-kept that I really couldn't believe my eyes after... More

I have no words to describe the hotel staff, they are excellent, very helpful, kind and cooperative. The train noise didn't bother me at all, actually I kind of liked it. They should invest in new and bigger towels. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. I'll stay at this hotel in the future for sure. I loved it!!! More

Stopped here on business with a group of academics. The hotel is handy for Victoria Station and although there is train noise from some rooms within the hotel, the rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and provided all basic facilities - and free WiFi. The entrance hall has the feel of a hostel, which is deceptive, given the status of the... More

I stayed at Comfort Inn as the hotels around were full. In fact I was lucky to get a room here, else it would have been a nightmare! The earlier hotel where I was putting up was horrible and I had to move. I got a chance to stay in their new wing, which is right across the main hotel.... More

The location is the best part of this hotel. It is steps away from Victoria Station. The room we had was on the 4th floor. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor so you have to walk up 1 flight with your luggage which was a bit of a struggle since the stairs are quite narrow. The room... More

Stayed a single night on business and was glad it wasn't longer. My room in the basement and was extremely stuffy with no proper ventilation. Overbearingly hot, even in December! I didn't notice the train noise as much as some other reviewers. It is clean, though, and well-enough equipped for a short stay. Breakfast isn't good - cold buffet consisting... More

Our family of 4 persons rented a family room for a weekend. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. It was clean and bathroom was excellent. It is obvious that when you live four people in a hotel room with two double beds, one can not expect spaciousness - but as a base, the hotel is quite brilliant, because it... More
