We stayed here the 2ed week of May 12 --annex was all new & very clean , small room but typical Europe.Did not need air as was cool. Helpful staff---recomended excellent Indian food, It is very near Victoria Station and close to hop on stop. Did not buy breakfast as many places near at much better value.

The hotel was good enough, clean, with a very good location. A little noisy if windows were kept open, but quiet otherwise. The staff was helpfull and polite, but not very friendly. The breakfast was very plain, but there was a nice place just around the corner towards victoria station. It was a good choice, considering the price.

We should have been in the Comfort Inn Victoria but were booked in here by the other hotel when they had a maintenance issue. We were put in a small room with 4 single beds.. Single not twin or queen. Singles. We must have been right over the Victoria train lines as the hotel shook every 15 minutes until midnight... More

I chose this hotel for location and because I have stayed with this chain before in Europe. I had read some reviews and noted comments that rooms were small...but that had been my experience with most if not all London hotels and I was there for work so really just needed somewhere comfortable and quiet to sleep. The idea of... More

The reasons to choose this hotel was the location and hotel chain Comfort Inn. You know the space issue in London (and UK): everything looked narrow (but to me it was okay). My room was on the ground floor so I could feel every train going to and from the Victoria Station. Also, the sign 'Do not disturb' means do... More

I went in this hotel for 2 nights with my parents, SLEEPING THERE WAS HORRIBLE we were unlucky and they gave us the room 501 with is behind the reception and we could hear every single step of every single person walking up and down the stairs, moreover there was a door which links the reception to all the rooms... It is a very well located hotel with personnel very helpful and friendly. The price is very reasonable. May have rooms a little small and some are accessed by stairs. Heating is very good.

location, location, location. small room but if your looking for great helpful staff, a bed and bath this is the place. Hussain the mgr and his partner were very helpful with directions and very accomadating. The hotel is close to many sites and within walking distance to shops, the "tube" and bus station.

I will start by saying this is a review of the annex across the street. That said, on a just completed trip, I would say pretty much everything is new: paint, carpet, tile, bath. Totally clean. My room was a single so small, and top floor so it had funny sloping ceilings. Bath was of course tiny but new, new,... More
