Stayed here with my parents, wife, and two daughters. Being an apartment, it worked well for us as my parents had the privacy of the bedroom while we used the two sleeper sofas within the family room. Some apartments have bathroom access from both the bedroom & the kitchen (ours did). Fruit is available in the front lobby in the... More

Spent 20 days last november and was pretty fine. The apartment was spacious enough for me, a single person with lot of stuff for a whole month. The bed was very confortable. All clean. Most of the staff was very kind but few (two men at night shift) were not just unkind but rude. In the room were included all... More

Went to this place after the nightmare at Holiday Villa London.Eva greeted us with a smile and even upgraded our room.It could fit a family of five despite only the two of us. Its also a service apartment so basic amenities to cook also available for those who wish to save some money on food. Walking distance about a minute... More

Location is great, reception area is promising however the rooms are not what we consider to be 4 stars. Having traveled quite a bit it is not really up to the standard experienced elsewhere. From the dodgy plumbing to the lifting veneer and the super slow internet it really needs a facelift. Some fixings are quality however it just serves... More

Stayed for a week at the apartment. Place is strategically located at Bayswater and have easy access to two train stations that were merely 5 minutes from the apartment. Thus easy to move around London. Apartment has fully furnished kitchen with amenities and light cooking is possible. Room that I stayed was clean and fresh. Laundry is available at a... More

Having often stayed in London and always shocked by the size of the room , the Grand Plaza was a pleasant surprise. Well located in Bayswater, only a few minutes walk to the underground there are plenty of places to eat nearby.. The hotel room itself was not huge but, for London a good size with a small kitchenette , sofa... More

Stayed at this apartment for 3 nights in January 2016. The place is quite easily to find using Map.me apps since we were travelling by car from Scotland. We booked a studio apartment which was reasonable in size for 3 persons. No breakfast was included in our booking. No parking at the front of apartment so my husband had to... More

I don't know where all the good reviews came from for these apartments but here's why they get a terrible from me. I have used services apartments numerous times as a family of five because we can all get in one place so am used to a certain level . On entering the apartment we thought hmm bedroom 1 was... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighborhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
