Good place to stay in London! stayed for 3 nights with a nice & clean room with kitchen facilities and near supermarket. Breakfast was great. The plus: helpful staff and in easy reach of underground or bus to get out and about but in a quiet location. Highly Recommended!

We booked a "Triple Executive Apartment" £152.10. Three adults stayed. The main bedroom had a very large king bed. The living area had two sofas and when they were extended for sleeping it made the space feel a little cramped. Although it was a self contained apartment, amenities were generously supplied. We arrived quIte early and the very lovely receptionist... More

We stayed here for several nights during our honeymoon. The staff during check in were very nice. Our room was on the ground (just below street level) floor and was not impressive. The carpet was very old and dingy and the rugs in the room were not lying flat and were under the bed so not easily fixed. The small... More

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed with 2 boys (9 & 11) and had plenty of space which IA was concerned about. My only complaint was that the floors and stairs were very creaky. It was in a really easy location close to 2 different tube lines and some handy shopping.

The location and the Wifi were the only good things about this property, otherwise very low profile accommodation, very small rooms, very old furnitures...hardly to be called one star property....good for short stay only

We have mixed feelings when we see TripAdvisor ratrings. At our stay all was fine. We stayed for long weekend and five persons The room was wery basic, but clean. Threre was a corridor and another bedroom was 1/2 sores down. Access to bathroom was only from "down stairs" bedroom, kitchen was located to upper bedroom. The hotel staff was... More

We stayed for 4 nights late March 2014. 2 adults and 2 Tweens. The location was good, very short tube ride to everything, and restaurants, shops, groceries within this bustling yet quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that our room was 'tired'. Carpet, bathroom floor in need of cleaning/replacing. Kitchen was appointed pretty good, but lacked a couple essential items.... More

Our room was a studio with 2 single beds. Ample space in the room for 2 people and our luggage. Beds were comfortable enough. I liked that the bathroom was in a separate area from kitchen and bed. Location of this hotel is in a quiet area, but a 5 minute walk and you're in the bustle of everything: 2... More

We booked the apartment through internet for its location which is close to Malaysian Hall as our children might miss Malaysian food. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised that the place is actually owned by a Malaysian company and the food provided in the cafe is halal. And for those who miss Malaysian cooking such as 'roti canai'... More

Historically I've been a bit rubbish at choosing London hotels, especially the "secret" ones on another website, so we arrived with trepidation. However, this time I lucked out. The Grand Plaza is like a hotel, with a front desk, maid service etc, but it's a mini home away from home. We had a one bedroom apartment but there was plenty... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Grand Plaza apartments give you the independence and catering flexibility of your own home together with the comfort and service of a 4* hotel. Think of us as your home, but with cleaning, catering, porters and reception staff thrown in. Serviced apartments are the new direction for the hotel industry. They provide a ready made home rather than a ready made room. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You choose whether to enjoy your own home cooking or try the Grand Plaza Breakfast or visit one of the myriad of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel (or heat up a takeaway!) Grand Plaza is the largest Hotel/Apartment complex in Bayswater. We won the 2009 award for best serviced apartments in London as a result of votes from the readers of Business Destinations Magazine. We accommodate more people each day (tourist, leisure, romantic and business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.We are located in the centre of the West End overlooking the precise type of garden square which Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts climbed into in the Golden Globe nominated film, Notting Hill! We look forward to providing you with a home in central London. ... more   less
