I visited the London Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments on October 2013, and I have to say I had a good experience at this hotel. The best things about it were: 1)The rooms: my room (for 3 people) was really beautiful. It had a complete kitchen, a really big living-room (one of the sofas was then turned into a bedd), a... More

We had a great time! The rooms are well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The size of the room is enough for 2 people, and you also get a fully equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast & sometimes dinner there. The location is great too, 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Bayswater - Circle & District Lines), 10... More

I booked this apartment for 3 nights and requested a higher floor level but the reception gave us a room at basement level which is unacceptable! the room is very noisy and one of the window can not be closed because it was broken! will never come back again or recommend this apartment to others. this apartment does not worth... Great location for two subways, it is a clean place but rooms look a lot different when booking to the room you get on arrival we were shocked at the size and layout of room . .Photos very deceptive. Lots of noise from above rooms and children running around early in mornings (7am) We were out of apartment all day... More

I stayed with a few friends in one of the basement floor rooms whereby we had 2 expensive smart phones taken, a wallet containing money and car keys stolen. This happened when we left the apartment to visit a friend at their house for a few hours. Upon returning, I noticed my phone was gone, so I started to look... More

It’s regrettably evident the repetitive postings of the same incident by the same group emphasise an ulterior motive to slander, defame and extort money rather than a honest intention. The door locks are safe locks electronically controlled and readings can be obtained showing every key that opened a door, the date and time that the door was opened. Each key... More

We had great 5 days at this place, we found it welcoming, convenient and exactly what we wanted. The location is great, ten minutes walk from Kensington gardens (Hyde park west), next to vibrant streets and two tube stations (Bayswater and Queens Way). The place is well kept and the staff was very helpful and polite. The small kitchen in... More

Great location, quiet nights and good for a traveller to hand over a pile of laundry and have the whole lot done for 6 GBP. The staff were helpful whenever we asked for something. BUT This was not the four star experience they advertise and we were quite disappointed with the overall stay. Tired, mismatching carpets, narrow scuffed labyrinth style... More

My family of five stayed at the hotel for five days from July 29th to 3rd Aug 2014 and we were very pleased with the entire stay at the hotel. The staff especially the CEO MrJeffrey and restaurant staff Ms Corrina made us feel very welcome. The food was good considering the price we paid and the location is excellent... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Grand Plaza apartments give you the independence and catering flexibility of your own home together with the comfort and service of a 4* hotel. Think of us as your home, but with cleaning, catering, porters and reception staff thrown in. Serviced apartments are the new direction for the hotel industry. They provide a ready made home rather than a ready made room. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You choose whether to enjoy your own home cooking or try the Grand Plaza Breakfast or visit one of the myriad of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel (or heat up a takeaway!) Grand Plaza is the largest Hotel/Apartment complex in Bayswater. We won the 2009 award for best serviced apartments in London as a result of votes from the readers of Business Destinations Magazine. We accommodate more people each day (tourist, leisure, romantic and business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.We are located in the centre of the West End overlooking the precise type of garden square which Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts climbed into in the Golden Globe nominated film, Notting Hill! We look forward to providing you with a home in central London. ... more   less
