My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights in July and loved it. The staff was very helpful with directions and our room was ready when we arrived at noon after a long flight from the U.S. The room was very large and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was a good start to the day. It was... More

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are a great size especially for a hotel in London. it's in a great location near to Aldgate tube station. The breakfast was just the thing to set you up for the day. The staff were helpful we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

One night spent in the hotel, the room is very nice and spacious, everything is presented in an orderly way. THe bathroom is very large, envisages a shower and separate bathtub. Good quality of the complimentary bath kit. I would only reccomend to include complimentary slippers for the guests. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on it.

This has been the second time we have stayed at The Chamberlain. Well located for a number of tourist attractions and near to a choice of underground stations. Rooms very clean with excellent facilities. Staff always friendly and ensure your stay is pleasant. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. Can't wait until our next visit.

Not stayed at the hotel, just wandered down after work for a pint and some nibbles - their thrice cooked chips are DELISH, really recommend - however don't bother with the filo 'king' prawns, its pappy frozen rubbish. But the CHIPS - yum!

CONS: So, I am so glad my boyfriend and I only booked to stay at this hotel for two nights because it was more than enough. We arrived on the early afternoon of 7/21/14 and once entering we were not greeted. The lady in the front desk didn't even offer a smile. This is the last thing anyone needs or... More
