The rooms are large for European standards, very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The apple TV/computer in the room was a very nice bonus because we could access the internet directly. The welcome cookies were very good. The only negative that I have to say about the hotel is the wait time for the breakfast buffet. It took... More

It's never a great start when you do not get the type of room that you reserved MONTHS in advance. This really baffles me. We had reserves a King suite on a concierge / upper floor with view. No available when we arrived. We were provided the concierge access and a discount. Nice but WFT? Room was spacious but tired.... More

Yes, it is a little pricey but this is London and you get what you pay for. We stayed for 5 nights in a Queen room on the 12th floor which had access to the Executive Lounge. Couldn't fault the exceptionally friendly and helpful service or the quality of the room/en suite including a kingsize, very comfortable bed and a... More

Visited the Doubletree for a one-night stay. Good service as one would expect from a Hilton hotel. You even get a freshly baked cookie upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was complete. The downside of the hotel being part of the Hilton group is of course the high room price. But if we leave that out of the evauation the hotel is... More

Stayed here for four nights on a recent business trip to London. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk Big Ben and other central London attractions. The hotel is also in a very quiet location (sits behind Thames House) and there is virtually no street noise. The surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant,... More

I was really split between rating this hotel as 'Average' or 'Very Good'... overall it's a nice hotel, but I wasn't overly impressed (even though I got a great last-minute deal), and also had an issue with the check-in. The location is not ideal for tourists, as it's a 5-10 minute walk to the closest tube station, and didn't seem... More

We stayed here as part of a two-night trip in London. To mix things up a bit we stayed in two different hotels. Out of the two, this was by far superior. We arrived at the hotel about an hour before we were supposed to check in, due to having plans to go and see a show. The staff were... More

The Hotel is ideally located by Westminster. The staff is lovely. The rooms are not very spacious but they are modern and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is not very rich but it is tasteful and decent. Free WiFi everywhere and i Macs in the rooms. Great rooftop terrace and lounge.

It was my husband's birthday and the staff gave us complementary drinks and cookies on arrival. The staff also wished my husband a happy birthday, which was a lovely start to our time away. We found the room to be pleasant and clean. We had a bit of a view of the Thames but we also looked on to a... More

Hotel was nice. Good location and within walking distance of Pimlico and Westminster tube stations. Close to all tourist spots like Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace. However it was the little things about this hotel that let it down. Check in was quick - room was not ready but hotel kept our bags whilst we went out for... More
